I do business all the time at Office Depot, but one particular person always stands out. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I need help with something, he is always available to help. In my opinion, he is the best his name is Tyrone, and I believe he should be promoted in some way or fashion.

I was Unable to get help though there were a lot of employees walking around, and the old blond lady at the cashier was rude. Very inefficient place, needs better store management to streamline the operations.

Don’t get your documents printed at this location!
I put an order to print a lab manual for my class and apparently nobody but one person knows how to mf print a document. I had to go twice to have my order ready and the manager didn’t even know where my order was. Don’t waste your time coming here👎🏻

I can't recommend this Office Depot location enough! The workers are so friendly!! Everyone at the store has their specialty, but they all are phenomenal when it comes to customer service! Nathan, Nicholas, and Tyrone were the people who helped me when I came in the store. When I tell you one person was printing items for me while someone else was showing the different options of printers and then someone else rang me up and they got me in and out of the store so quick it'd make your head spin! Then in my haste. I left my items, they went above and beyond to find my number from my rewards account and call me so I could get my items! Even offered to wait on me past closing to get them. A five star team !!!

Nick was really kind and helpful! For me, he located some extremely costly ink in a hidden storage area! He made a special effort to assist. He was a pleasure to speak with, informed, and helpful. What an exceptional employee and experience. Despite my years of attendance, this is my first review since Nick truly deserves all the accolades.

98 percent of the people that work here are lazy as fck asked if there where more boxes in the back and she said all they have is right there went to the car ordered it for pickup and it mysteriously appeared in the store don't recommend go to staples or sum shit

4:32pm :There was a heavyset, dark hair, not knowing her Nationality. She look maybe Caucasian, Hispanic Middle Eastern. I am African-American woman , who came in today to print copies off my email. I needed help Because, the printer keep buffering, and The machine was instructed me to put my card in again. I asked For Help, she turned to me and said you have to wait it’s gonna take some time. (“In a rude, disrespectful tone) . Although I wasn’t speaking to her Indirectly. She was helping another customer. I waited, then She was the first one that was finished with her customer. Instead of helping me , she turned her back and started to shuffling paper. Just to look busy so She didn’t have to help me . I said In a soft voice, I still need help. She ignored me , then Good Samaritan male Clerk came over While he was busy, doing something else to help me. After I receive my paper, The same heavyset clerk who is now assistant the checkout line to help other customers as soon as I waited, and now I am next to check out she called over a African-American clerk who just came off his lunch to assist me, who is confused of what’s going on to assist me. In our own words.” This lady needs help or question”). Should I take this as “she’s racist Or maybe she’s having a bad day. whatever it is, she’s unprofessional and disrespectful and she should be Dealt by human resources Or management team . She should NOT! be on the front line dealing with any customers, definitely not showing a good lights on Office Depot in Tarzan
