Have been using Frank and his team for decades for everything audio/visual/security/smart home that i can't easily install myself. Now i consider him a friend. He is a true expert at what he does and has recommended, installed, and supported my complete indoor/outdoor AV system and security system. Is always timely and fair. He and Sebastian just left after repairing some speaker wires that a rodent had chomped through and they were in and out in no time. Only the highest recommendation!

In the early '80's, Frank replaced the woofers and tweeters in my AR-4x speakers. Those repairs lasted 35+ years. He just replaced the woofers again -- and once more, my speakers sound ... right. Fabulous work, at a fair price, for 40 plus years...This is as good as it gets.Yeah!

Frank is the proverbial honest man! I went to him with a pair of tower Klipsch speakers thinking I needed tweeters replaced for a couple of hundred dollars. Frank nicely told me it was just my wiring error and re-wired by speakers for almost nothing when he could have charged me more to repair my speakers and I would not have known better. I'm grateful and will bring any speaker issue to Frank in the future. Sincerely, Ken

Yeah, they reserve the right to not give service or return phone calls and call you disgraceful names. Bottom line here is this guy has problems and takes it out on his customers. This is why he's not in his big giant store in Burbank and in a little garage now. Pretty soon he'll be working out of his bathroom

Another great audio/video install by Frank and his staff. Our blue-ray player died so we decided to replace/update everything. Love the Sony LED, Sonos sound system, Apple TV , and LG Blu-ray. Great service and recommendations.

I'm attempting at the moment to do a home repair of a set of speakers with rotted surrounds. Not a complicated affair, but it's my first time, so of course I screwed some things up. I came in looking for advice on repairing the surrounds, and even though I hadn't purchased the repair kit through them, Frank was more than happy to answer my questions and help me out. I left with some speaker wire and will soon be back for a pair of gaskets. It's great to still have shops like this around.

Just wanted to put it out there...if you are thinking of upgrading your home to a "smart" home, then Frank Guerrero of Speaker City, is your guy. We called Frank because we were having some problems with our audio system. I had previously had two other audio specialists come out to look at our system, but neither was able to diagnose anything properly. To make a long story short, he showed up promptly last night, and was able to solve all of our audio issues within ten minutes. While he was here, more questions arose, and again, he was able to answer and solve every single problem. We were very impressed with his knowledge. So, if you should have any audio, electrical or video problems, don't hesitate to call him. You will be pleased that you did.

I was looking for options for my house to hang tvs and speakers. I had a good idea what I wanted to do. Glad I had Frank come by. He was able to give us some really great ideas. His team was on time and finished early saving me some $. I will definitely look to Frank and his team in the future for any updates I want to make.

Was referred by Vintage King after I accidentally kicked a dent in my subwoofer cone and Frank was honest in saying that it wouldn't affect the sound, but that I could have him fix it if I was concerned about the aesthetics (I was). He provided an estimate on the spot and fixed it in 1 day within 2% of the estimate cost. Was professional and responsive the entire way. Totally recommend.
