This place is an adventure to places I've never been. It's a cozy shop with an air of mystery. The staff behind the counter are very nice. I wanted to get one of everything I saw but refrained to do it, and just got the mung beans i was looking for plus moong Dahl, delicious spicy mango chutney, and from their healing section, I got a few Ayurvedic oils/ointments, and digestive fruit salts which tasted as expected.

Great place for exclusive Sri Lankan products. Business owners are helpful. I wish they open a new store in another location.

Love this store. I visit it every time I'm in LA for my favorite tea, onion sambol, coconut milk powder, and spice I cannot get other places.

Prices are always fair. Great place to get tea and spices. You can also order on their website. They have a lovely selection of British items, as well.

If you want Sri Lankan food/groceries, this is the store. The worker there was friendly. The prices are a little high but everything is internationally shipped so I can't blame them. My parents go there on a fairly regularly.

?? SRI LANKA (via Eat the World Los Angeles) For those that are not as well-versed in the kitchen and just looking for options ready to eat, this is not a restaurant but the freezer section is worth checking out. They have frozen meals, appetizers, and desserts that are made and assembled in Sri Lanka for the market and shipped to sell in Los Angeles. Despite the home cooking and imported aspects of the foods, most packages are either $4.99 or $5.99, making the filling up of your freezer an economical possibility.
