They wanted to charge me $30 for holding a pickup package that I had ordered online and selected to be delivered to their store. The UPS website never mentioned this fee. When I pointed this out to the staff, he admitted that they don't say it for packages sent to that location on their website, but still said I had to pay!!!!!! I called the store and reported this issue!

This is honestly the best branch of UPS. I'm doing a lot of returns and generally working with UPS in different areas, this is by far the best store. I don't know how they choose their employees but they are all so awesome. It's a super busy branch and they keep such a positive vibe and stay very efficient and helpful. shout out to all of their workers. David is really the best. He is lighting up the place!

I've used this store previously, and the service is always the best. 5 stars is not enough, they set the bar for excellency!

Excellent service. The workers are knowledgeable and fast. I ship a lot of items - personal use, business use, Amazon - and everything is always fast, fair, reasonable. Really love this convenient location.

Went to counter to get an estimate to ship something. Was happy with the price, spent some time packaging the shipment. Went back to the counter and the cost was all of the sudden 30% higher prior. Waste of time and unfriendly staff.

I came in on a Sunday and needed to print a large document for work, and Sean took such good care of me. She helped me figure out how to compress the document I sent it to her, she printed it for me, packed it up. It doesn’t sound like a lot, but it really was such a seamless process for some thing that could’ve been a big big headache. I really appreciate everybody at the store. They know what they’re doing and really help you personally take care of whatever you need

OMG they are always so helpful and patient here! Seriously have helped me figure out the safest and cheapest way to ship vintage glass cross country. Really great staff!
