I was charged $10 more per bottle for the eye drops compared to the $31 price listed on your website, which also includes free home delivery. A small difference I could understand, but a 25% extra markup is excessive. This is extremely frustrating and feels unfair. So yes, I ended up paying $20 extra during this visit—but I’ll make sure to buy from Amazon from now on. It’s no surprise businesses struggle with practices like this and go out of business. Also very unpleasant staff. Very careless.

Okay, some of the people that work there seem to not care if you ask them questions. Not knowledgeable. They are always out of a lot of items. Cashiers are nice. The surrounding area isn't so great. Their parking lot is always dirty. Hard to get in and out of the location. Busy area.

I am absolutely so grateful to the pharmacist and the entire team at Walgreen. Specially, this location. Due to a sickness, we had to stop there last night and everyone was exceptionally helpful and incredible and today after CVS pharmacist was a horrible mean person who refused to even fill the prescription. We ended up again at Walgreens, which is not gonna be my new home and they provided the most professional caring care I have ever received anywhere.
I hope everyone can support this business because everybody who works here is amazing from the cashier to the person who was cleaning the floor that helped me find what I needed all the way to the pharmacist

There were 4 people in the pharmacy, one ot them on the phone for over 20 minutes, the other on the phone as well and the other 2 were standing by med shelves. Totally ignoring me. Until a gentleman came behind me and said it's ridiculous, nob9dy attending here. And then the woman on the phone named Diana decided to attend with an attitude. Walgreens Pharmacy is the worst service, I miss Mt Walgreens Pharmacy with good customer service. I don't see that anymore.

This is the absolute worst Walgreens in the world. They are horrific. They will withhold your medication if they want to leave early. They are just unethical disgusting people. Tina , the pharmacist had me on a wild goose chase. Today she randomly was out of my diabetes meds after calling me for 5 days and it kept texting me on my phone, I got there and they said too bad we don’t have it. Called cvs which they told me too and since Walgreens already billed me I was screwed. They are awful people. I called corporate today! It’s absolutely horrific

My wife and I stopped by this Walgreens because it was across the street from her doctor office. She had a doctor note to get some medicine so she thought it would be quick to fill up at Walgreens pharmacy. There parking in the back so you don't have to look for street parking unless they are full. The pharmacy is toward the back of the store on the left side. This pharmacy had two people working the window which is different from the Walgreens near my house because it's usually one person and they take forever to help people. We had an experience where an old lady cut in front of three people when she said she was just going to ask someone a quick question but she took like over ten minutes. The pharmacy workers didn't say anything to her and just tried to help her. The Walgreens staff are very friendly and helpful when we were here. The bathroom is on the second floor so you'll have to take the elevator or stairs to get to it.

I do not recommend anybody to go to pharmacy on this Walgreen extremely bad service racist my doctor send a prescription went three or four days later to pick up that and they give me a hard time. Why are you coming four days late? That’s none of their business I request Manager, I haven’t got any respond back that pharmacist was there erases question answer why are you coming four days later why do you need the medicine now even though that’s my medicine my insurance I am paying and I came out of a hospital after four days and these racist people asking me so many questions so I left. I didn’t even pick up that prescription. I told them to call the doctor. She was rude extremely rude. That was a Asian lady And another white girl 99.9% I usually go across the street CVS never have that issue just because this time they didn’t have the pills what I need so I have the doctor sent prescription to this place and I’m getting harassment extremely rude Pharmacy people never recommended to go to this place now I know why they have a 2.8 star if I have a choice, I will give them a zero star I was there 8:30 PM, August 1, 2024

Pharmacy is incredibly slow with only one person helping the lines most days and each customer takes north of 5-10 min so expect waiting in line. Its truly, inefficient and If I have a choice will not choose wallgreens tarzana. Their store items generally low in stock specially the cards section. The employees are super nice though!

DON'T do their same day delivery.... they charged my card and NEVER made the delivery or let me know any change to the status. Terrible Delivery System!!

This is a little h8dden away Walgreens. I just transferred over ( because the previous one I was using closed down ). So it's new to me too. So far so good. I like Walgreens for the most part. I didn't have to wait long and the girl who was working happened to have transferred over to this location as well. She remembered me and knew what I needed without even asking. That's amazing and a welcomed experience of it all works out, which like I said so far so good. Will be going bk soon.

Drive up window to get my prescription medicine. It is both convenient and 98% on top of what I need. They even send me a text message to confirm it is waiting for me to pickup. I've never asked that the meds are delivered. Three years of consistent service from them deserves this commendation

Pharmacy is small and understaffed. Often faced with long lines just to pick up or drop off perscriptions.
