Jonathan was promoted and professional. He explained the process and answered my questions. The process took about an hour and when it was complete, he made sure to clean and replace the items he moved. Highly recommend these guys.

Scam Alert. Buyer Beware Quoted a "inspection charge" to inspect chimney for $79, then $79 credit would be applied to the total cost, but total cost is not known until they inspect. I asked for a firm price/range, and they said they would have a tech call me. Tech called and said the cost is $125-$350, but first requires an inspection charge of $99. I mentioned the initial person quoting $79 for the inspection charge vs. $99. Tech apologized and offer $125 for the service. I said to send the person over, but I will not pay anything until the quote the full job. Person arrived and said it would be $720 for the service. I said no way and called the Tech back. Tech said $125 was just for the inspection charge. Total scam, they want to essentially price on the spot and try and shake you down for whatever they can. I went with someone for $300. I reported to BBB.

Very happy with their service! John was very responsive. We were able to quickly set up an appointment. It was confirmed the day before, and they communicated with me the day of. We had never used the fireplace because we couldn't get a call back from the businesses that we called. Both John & Justin spent quite a bit of time at my home going over the firebox, insert, etc. I'm glad we hadn't tried to use it; it would have been a disaster. They found several issues, including where there were propane leaks. John provided me with a write up of what they did, along with pictures of what needed to be fixed/replaced. He also provided a written estimate to replace the old parts and make repairs. If you're looking for a business that will call you back, show up when they said they will, do not hesitate to call them!

Very impressed by the expertise and professionalism during our estimate process as well as honesty and integrity of the technicians. They did a very bad job with the chimney cleaning in the house. The soot was still there inside and they only did like minimal effort with the cleaning. Will not ask for their services again

It was really unexpected on how impolite their technicians are. They are late and go inside my property with their dirty shoes directly without even consulting me. Plus the way they clean my chimney was not efficient and thorough. I will never do business with them again.

I wanted to try their services cuz the chimney in the house needed some cleaning after being neglected for a long time but I never expected that the guys that I hired were so bad at this. I totally expected some professional help to come but when they started the cleaning job that they were supposed to do, they just added more mess to the messy chimney that I already had. They only did the bare minimum of the cleaning and they just left after asking for the price of their services.
I am totally disappointed with the work that they did and I will never hire them again after this kind of experience. I don’t even know how you guys got to experience good services compared with what I got from them.

Not happy with their services! The technicians were unprofessional, they added me for a fee that they did not told me about. I was shocked about the final price and their cleaning was not good enough for me!

Called them to have my chimney done and it was an awful result. Their techs got bad manners and very unprofessional. They also have hidden fees plus with their expensive but not worth services. I will not use them again!!!

John was great! He arrived when was supposed to, he was very knowledgeable regarding our gas fireplace and what was needed to fix it and have it in working order.

John was prompt and professional. He inspected our chimney (storm damage), explained what was needed now vs what could be done later (more cosmetic). He completed the repairs soon after, and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.
