Called to setup an inspection and cleaning. Couldn’t get a straight answer about pricing for either . $75-$99 just to come look and couldn’t give me an answer for what would make it one or the other.Not a great way to start a customer engagement.EDIT - They did call me back so I’m bumping up my rating, but I would have rather left a VM and gotten a call back, then have someone answer and then try to play CYA instead of answering my questions on the call. Everything I asked on the phone was sent to me via text so it’s written down somewhere for an office worker to use in an answer.

Honest, service- based (aka NOT commission based) Chimney company. Used them for an inspection and chimney sweep after first company talked about making insurance claims before stepping in the door. Always pleased with Wiz!

A great chimney sweep and repair service. They were able to schedule something so quickly, came right on time and was finished in a reasonable time and now our fireplace looks great and that sooty smell is gone!

Excellent service. No hardcore sales pressure. Just information and options provided. We used them to sweep our chimney, later we also hired them to do some chimney repairs works! We got a new cap and screen and the fire is ?!Great customer service and high quality work I trust. Thanks

I had these guys out to clean/check my chimney. They were very professional and went out of their way to keep my house clean while they worked. Turns out my chimney is not functional but they were quick to tell me and not try to take my money for nothing. Also gave me recommendations on how to proceed if I want to have fire. Would recommend
