Following up. I was the guy that received someone elses medication instead of Antibiotics - Doxycycline.
I went this morning.
I told the pharmacist what was wrong.
She didn't beleive me?
She read the label and looked under the bottle to glance at the drugs and said what I had was antibiotics.
She then handed it back to me.
I opened the bottle and pushed the pills on the counter into a pile and asked them again "This is Doxycycline?! This small yellow pill saying R333 on it?!" - there was an awkward pause and she said "No. This is not Doxycycline"
She told me that her GM and DM is going to get involved.
I dont care. No one cares if you are going to get your boss.
They didn't directly tell me this but I heard them in the back. They took someone elses bottle with drugs in it and put my label over it.
When I went to go get my drugs the first day they couldnt stop laughing and giggling and were obviously distracted. Which is fine you are allowed to have fun at work, but seriously - what?
You neglected me when ive been sick for 14 days. On my 15th day you tried to gaslight me and say this is fine. What sort of stuck up POS are you? You shouldn't be working with the public.
Oh yeah, she wanted to cover herself more and focus on what their manager was going to do next, I didnt get a consult on what to expect with this drug, they cared more about the situation and mistake.
Do not trust this pharmacy.
Do not work with these people.
This is unacceptable behavior.
These people shouldn't be trusted to handle your medication.
I got the wrong drugs.
I then went to fix this and they doubled down saying I got the correct drugs until I threw it on the counter and told me to tell me again these were the right drugs which then got their attention.

Im the sickest ive ever been.
14 days.
My doctor said I needed Antibiotics.
I have a pill bottle here that says "Doxycycline Hyclate" with some weird small pill named 'R333" its yellow and small.
I did not receive my drugs. I got someone elses with my name on it.
I dont know how you mess something like this up.
Im beyond angry.
Im contacting the board of Pharmacy.

Best pharmacy in town. It took a while for my phone number to work with their text system, but the service is quick and polite.
I’m a huge fan of the pharmacist. He answered my questions and even brought something to my attention with one of my medications. I really appreciated his insights and thoughtfulness.

Their pharmacy staff are fantastic!! They go out of their way to make sure our medications are filled on time and as we need. They truly go out of their way to help us in almost every way I can think of. They have a good assortment of over the counter medications as well.

It is incredible that this pharmacy is so hard get on the phone. Most calls are forwarded to a machine that doesn't take messages and you just have to get trying. The I've only dealt with one pharmacist there and I was trying to resolve an issue with a medication and did everything he asked, then there was something more, then finally he wouldn't fill it. These people are not only incompetent but dishonest as well. Towards the end of my using them I would check every medication before they gave it to me as they had given me incorrect doses in the past and I would then have to work with them to help them resolve they're mistake.This is one of the worst run businesses I've seen, use them if you don't have insurance or goodrx but save yourself a headache and use Walmart or Walgreens.

For four days I called the save on in Tehachapi Ca and out of no less than 20 calls they never answered!! Left several messages never got a reply!! Very unprofessional

Absolutely the WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. They almost NEVER, WITHOUT EXAGGERATION, ALMOST NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Their voicemail system ALWAYS STATES IT CANNOT TAKE MESSAGES BECAUSE OF OF COVID-19 inquiries. These are ABSOLUTE LIES. Their refill system is wrong 4/5 times and they will not take a refill authorization until 29 days after the previous one. The problem is that if the refill is a controlled substance, they are frequently out of stock and I have to wait well beyond the correct refill date. Currently, my meds are due for 4/28/2022 - the automated service now says it will BE MAY 7, 2022.HORRIBLE, JUST HORRIBLE. Even though it will cost me more, I am swtiching back to Rite-Aid. They always had their s**t together - refills on time, follow-ups are prompt.

I love the Albertsons Pharmacy in Tehachapi. They are open 7 days a week, and in the evenings. The pharmacist is incredibly knowledgeable, and most of all, patient. I have had a few difficult situations with my prescriptions, and he has always been patient, and worked with me to find solutions.

It used to be a nice reliable place to get your medication filled at. USED to be! You can’t rely onSav-on for your medication when it’s time for your medication to be filled or if a doctor calls the script in.They used to fill medication with refills on them a day early. They aren’t doing that anymore!I have stage 2 cancer. Everyone in the Tehachapipharmacy knows this. With cancer there is pain. I have waited, and the doctor had to change my painmedication because Sav-on didn’t have my pain medication. The pharmacist had mention a painmedication that they had. To make this short. My doctor changed it to that medication. Once again they didn’t have it! I can’t have surgery, and I’m living day by day. They also don’t have my cancer medication.Which I need to take every day.There is no sense in any pharmacy making any patient wait for any medication.It’s not just one medication. It’s all my medication they seem to have a problem with.My advice to anyone is find a pharmacy that isn’t in astore, because you go shopping waiting for script. You go back, and either it’s not ready yet or they don’t have enough!!I know no- one from the pharmacy well read this, and I really don’t care. I’m just warning others not to go to this pharmacy.

My problem with this pharmacy is lazy. This is the 2nd time I came here for my meds. Recently lost my job and don’t have insurance. I use My GoodRX discount my meds. Well again, I tried to used my discount, but pharmacy tech said it’s already added on. Well it wasn’t because what my discount said was lower then what she checked me out with. It’s like she doesn’t want to put the code in. Living in the middle of nowhere and 30-40 minutes away just to get my meds. Happened the first time too. Even when I had interactions with other pharmacy tech, it wasn’t pleasant either. Not friendly or helpful.
