I used to go into this Circle k all the time when I lived here from 96 to 2017 but I've been back 10 days relocating back to Tehachapi California. And the 4 times I have been in the store, almost no one says hello or smiles. The only saving grace when I went by today, was a man named Jacob he was very kind to me today. I just can't believe people who work in the customer service industry what act the way they do there towards customers

When they began their soda/coffee promotions, we thought a great idea. However, though a couple workers who have been there awhile are fantastic, one or two others seem to keep sharing the F-bomb and other colorful language with customers in the store. We thought Circle K a more thoughtful establishment, but apparently they're unaware or their "training program", if there is one, doesn't include customer service. We've also noticed what appears some homeless talking with customers, one talking about biting people in the head, the customers leaving quickly. Perhaps, in time, with more customers not remaining....

We went to Circle K after we heard of the drink promo, though often machines seem to be down. However, we continued because of a couple great staff members that greet when we arrive for coffee or soda. They've been there awhile. More recently, however, we've noticed what we think is an apparent lack in customer training with the more recent addition(s). We' ve heard the F-bomb, b-word, and other colorful language, sometimes with customers, flying about, sometimes seemingly jocularly, though one person asked about what about the other customers in the store. And who knows who is walking in and out when the colorful language begins. I would imagine other patrons no longer arriving, and down the road are less expensive gasoline they can use. Time will tell.

Always clean, always stocked, occasional good deals, but our # 1 reason for always going to Circle K is Tammy. Tammy is my kids' absolute favorite attendant at this gas station. She's the best!
