Access hours are crazy. There are never employees here. There is no reason this facility should not be 24/7.

I rented a unit at COS 4 years ago. Mitchell was very nice and on top of things. The last 2 years have been a mess. I understand the rent going up that's life. But when your paying that much money you should have more access to the place. They literally lock you in at 6pm. 6pm most people are just getting of work and don't have away to get there and out. It's the most frustrating thing. I can personally tell you when you get locked in its not so easy getting out. 3 hours

Awesome front desk girls! Very helpful and informative about the process and rules. Unit we rented was 10x20 and $225 per month. Very reasonable anywhere! Lots of security cameras watching every foot of the facility. Unit was very well built and sturdy.

Getting set up in our storage unit was made easy by Mitchell, the facility manager. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and there to do whatever he could to help out.

My family member has a storage unit here it's fairly big (don't know exact size) it is $244 a month. This facility is very clean and she has had no issues so far. Everything is done on the app from paying your monthly fee to opening the gate. They do have limited office hours if you need to reach them. They also rent out U-Haul's if you need them.

My family and I have had units here for years!! Mitch the property Manager is wonderful. Always going out of his way to assist his costumers in anyway he is able. Property is always neat and clean. Recently just closed out my account with COS mini storage. I unexpectedly moved to Texas and didn’t get a chance to grab the final things out of my storage. I talked to the manger of the storage and he said he would close my account and remove my things free of charge. Thank you for the kindness. I highly recommend this storage place. Thank you so much!!
