“Convenient place to stop when driving to easten sierra, the desert and Las Vegas. Clean rooms. Pool. The breakfast is decidely mediocre but it's free and it's edible.
Update 2026/02/11: rooms still clean and comfortable, indeed with good pillows. However the heater and AC unit was very noisy. Turning it off seem to affect minimally the room temperature. So easy solution.”

“Really nice hotel it seem to stand a new hotel every night and every city for my Wildland Fire job and this make in the top five Best Westerns I've stayed at this month. Breakfast is your typical Hotel continental breakfast taste great if you don't stay in hotels 22 days a month lol
That's a really comfortable rooms are nice and clean. I highly suggest getting the Deluxe Suites it's well worth the price for the amount of space you get especially if you're staying more than one night.”

“Our spot when driving to Vegas. The town is nice quiet but has places to stop in on Main Street. Bakery restaurants alig the railroad. The front desk lady told us about TK pizza just next to it. The pizza was delicious!! Will eat inside next time. 4 stars because front desk didn’t acknowledge I was a gold and give me my automatic upgrade that it clearly states I’m entitled to. When I asked she said I don’t have any offers like that. I didn’t make it a big deal because it was just a stop over. She mentioned she was new so perhaps that’s the reason she didn’t know. Pool and hot tub inside with an outdoor patio. Breakfast in morning cafe free eggs and Udi’s muffins with the other basics. Included no fee. Left a tip. Clean as well the Town is clean. Street are well kept. No EV charger - wish they can get atleast a slow charger plug in. Tesla is about 25EV miles east to Majave or Bakersfield to the west.”
“We stopped here as a mid-point in our trip to central California coast. Very comfortable beds!!!
So-so breakfast with not a lot of choices.
Poor lighting in bathroom.”
“Friendly staff, easy check-in, quiet convenient.
Rooms: Clean quiet
Nearby activities: Pacific crust Trail, windmill Farm
Safety: Not in a big city”
“Great for an overnight stay on a roadtrip with electric vehicle. Lot's of EV chargers right outside of the hotel. Also adjustent to several restaurants. Room was clean, bed comfortable, though not the king size we reserved. I liked the hardwood floors instead of carpet. Close to railroad tracks with trains running 24/7...bring earplugs or love for trains.”
“We got this stay as a gift and honestly did not have high expectations for the resort or California in general. Upon arrival into Tehachapi (flew into Vegas and drove from there rather than LAX), we visited a few establishments in town and felt very "at home" with the people as well as the businesses. A 20 minute drive from town brought us to the resort, but the route the GPS took us on was VERY curvy and made my fiance nauseous more than once. Local traffic was obviously more comfortable with the road and was driving double the speed limit, which can be a bit nerve-racking being the butthead driving too slow but we found a different route after a couple days. The condo was dated, but nice and clean and had all the amenities we wanted and the staff was incredibly friendly. The hot tub was perfect and clean, we got to enjoy it by ourselves as we visited in May when it wasn't very busy. We had dinner at Jake's Steakhouse in town our first night, which was excellent and the price was more than fair. Had some drinks and food at P-Dub's right near the resort one night as well and everything was amazing, including the staff. There are several wineries right near the resort which was a great way to spend an afternoon. Triassic, Dorner, and Tehachapi Wine & Cattle all had great selections of wine with very friendly staff and nice/clean grounds. Wine and Cattle had fantastic live entertainment and great food as well. Tehachapi Winery was a nice place, but the wine and entertainment were both awful. We took a day trip to Sequoia National Park one day which was very entertaining (though a considerable amount of hiking), and stopped at the Tehachapi Loop on the way back which was awesome to see, despite neither of us being into trains. We stopped at Kohnen's Bakery in Tehachapi one day as well and picked up some raspberry cheesecake. I'm a cheesecake connoisseur of sorts, and this stuff is the real deal. It weighed 4x that of a regular cheesecake so the density was out of this world, but it was easily the best cheesecake I've ever had in my life.”
