Great guys working at this store! Was on a road trip, the undercarriage cover was coming off of my car. The guys gorilla-taped it up for me so I could drive back to Oakland. Really went above & beyond!

Big Auto parts store with a small town feel. Get to know your specialist and build a rapport with them while you build up your vehicle. They might be able to suggest some modification, alternative or just idea you may not have thought of in your difficult quest to repair your vehicle. They carry odds and ends that other stores may not. Overall experience was good for me the many times i have gone during my breakdown.

NAPA AUTO PARTS in Novato and Petaluma have the best service, responsiveness, courtesy, professionalism and just flat out care about getting me what I need and when I need it. The speed at which they get my specialty stuff or popular stuff that they just sold out of is outstanding. Joan at the front counter.... great. There's this kinda quiet guy in the back, not anti-social but people aren't his thing, well he is fast and knowledgeable. When he's had to help up front... you can tell he cares about getting the right item and about the company. Stellar team there. As a woman, I feel good be in there. I have never felt like I was being upsold or like I couldn't trust the advice or recommendation. You know what I mean, right? NOVATO & PETALUMA ROCK.
