I like the tag-team approach to an offer and the communication between loan officer, assistant and realtor. Knowledgeable, and all reside in the greater Tehachapi area. Loan processing fees itemized and minimal compared to southern counties. These partners were also my financial advisors and looked-out for my best interest. I was in personal contact between all parties involved and received prompt replies. I recommend Jeff Lamonte and Nations Lending for future home purchases.
