“This is one of those local stores I'd go to even if I didn't have anything to buy. They have so many different items to explore, and the folks working here are playful and a lot of fun.”

“I was in the store recently and witnessed an interaction that I suspect may result in a negative review, so I wanted to share what I observed. The owner remained calm, patient, and respectful the entire time, even after explaining things multiple times. From what I saw, there was no wrongdoing — just a misunderstanding. This shop has consistently been reliable, well-stocked, and welcoming every time I’ve come in. The customer service has always been solid, and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Based on what I witnessed, the situation was handled professionally and with integrity. I’ll absolutely continue supporting this business and would recommend it to others.”
