Good customer service, flexibility of workers, and employees knowledge of multiple services. I really like that UPS offers notary services for requesting County records, such as birth certificates, and marriage certificates. Jennifer Hernandez helped me, and was very knowledgeable.

If I have returns or packages to send off, I always try to have them go through the UPS store here in Tehachapi. Their staff greets me when I walk in. They are pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I appreciate that we have the store in our little town.
