HELLO....TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN?DRS. ASSISTANT CALLED IN PERSCRIPTION. .AT 3:30PM YESTERDAY...I CALLED AUTOMATED PHARMACY...STATUS SAID READY FOR PICK UP...?? GET THERE THIS MORNING...SAID ITS NOT READY??HORRIBLE SERVICE. ...said COME BACK IN 40 MINUTES....PS...LOOKS LIKE MANAGEMENT NEVER READS THESE PEOPLES POSTS ANYWAYS!!

I'm hurting for all the poor people that just need their medication. I sat in the pharmacy drive-thru line for an hour. I watched my gas tank go from 70 miles to empty...to 60. And I couldn't get out cause I was blocked in the long line. I didn't have water or food in my car and it was so hot outside.

Tried over and over to call and have a prescription filled. Ever single time it just says "Your call will be disconnected" and hangs up. So frustrating!!!

Walgreens is a great place to visit and shop and do your medications the employees are very helpful and nice.

horrible, rude pharmacists. they are disorganized, unprofessional, and they lie. i’ve also been falsely accused of things by a pharmacist here. i have a serious condition, and i need my medication before it runs out! picking it up one day early is not going to make a drug addict. it’s for safety purposes and because it’s always such a huge hassle to even order or pick up anything from this joke of a pharmacy.
just give people their meds without causing so much trouble and lying. get off your power trip, because the way you guys work is dangerous and only based on what THEY want. not what your doctor wants or the patient. it’s all about them here.

Worst Pharmacy ever. They close all the time randomly, never pick up the phones. Wait 30 minutes on hold, just for them to pick up and hang up. Always 3 callers ahead of you, everytime you call.

Always friendly customer service. Clean drugstore. The smoking area should be at the back of the building, not on either side of parking areas where a customer walks in to the store. If the customer is already sick, they should not be exposed to second hand smoke.

I used to use this Walgreens as my primary pharmacy, but it is honestly not worth it. There are much better places to go in town. This Walgreens seems to have staffing issues (randomly being closed) and it takes awhile to get your prescriptions here.

Five Stars to Walgreens Pharmacy! Even though they were short staffed the pharmacist quickly filled an added prescription so we didn’t have to return later. And Jesus was so cheerful and welcoming at the drive thru! Always willing to call the doctor to confirm, explain insurance issues, and be kind and friendly. Thank You Walgreens Pharmacy!

The pharmacy is such a joke. They never know about patients having a secondary insurance you have to tell them. They also do not advocate for their customers which is extremely poor healthcare. Additionally they changed their hours to be even more unavailable. The turn over rate with pharmacists is crazy here. Please walgreens get it together or get a crash course on how to conduct a business concerning peoples lives.

The worst pharmacy not only in Tehachapi but of any pharmacy I have been to in 60 plus years. Took 5 days to get them to fill a prescription. Closer three days because management is to incompetent to have any pharmacist to run the pharmacy. Then when the do show up you are waiting days. As a cancer patient my medicine is imperative that I get it. They appear to be to stupid to understand that. I needed on medicine in particular for my cancer treatment. Three calls later including the store manager. They filled the wrong prescription. When I went to pickup they told me sorry we don't know when we can fill it. I explored I eventually got it filled but the incompetent of the employees and delays is unacceptable

I called to check on a prescription and was kept on hold by the pharmacy for over 40 minutes until I was disconnected due to being on hold for so long. Was never once able to speak with a real person. Terrible service.

I've been with Walgreens for about 20 years. They have had some bumps in the road over the years but as a whole the staff has been helpful, kind and know their store.

I had a bad experience with the photo center, I’m unsure of the girl’s name but she was 1 of the manager's. I shop here often and I do photo orders pretty frequently. Never had a bad experience until the other day. I had printed 8 photo collages. When I went to pick up, 5 of the photos were blurry you couldn’t see anything. Mind you when I created the photo collages online there were no issues with the photos. They were HD and very good quality. When I told the manager about the pictures she didn’t want to help me or reprint them for me. She said there was nothing she could do about it. She had asked me if a quality error came up before submitting I told her no. She still didn’t want to help me. And finally she reprinted them and told me “next time, well there won’t be a next time there’s nothing we can do about it” basically saying take the blurred photos as is. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but her customer service was awful. I made her aware of an incident in the past where I printed photos on the store computer and the manager Rachel I believe had seen how the photos came out and fixed it right away, she had even gave me a discount.
