Did not use the shop for the repair. Did not make financial sense. However the staff was great and very professional, and if I have to use a service such as this shop, I will be going back to them. Great follow up with updates on the diagnosis.

Aamco, in particular Cary, was wonderful. They were able to help me even when the dealership couldn't. Despite it being the Fourth of July week, Cary realized the urgency of my situation and was able to see me and help me out. I really appreciate Aamco's professionalism, compassion, and genuine interest in helping people. Thank you Aamco!

Would not recommend. They do not stand behind their 90 day warranty. Had transmission work done. Fixed the problem but then leaked transmission fluid. Took it back and they said it was from something else that they didn't "touch". I ended up taking a day of work to clean up the bottom check it out. They didn't even tighten the drain plug....literally rotating freely. Luckily it didn't come out. Poor quality work as the transmission pan was over tightened as well causing fluid to seep from the bolts around the gasket. I do not recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about the team at AMCO in Temecula! My transmission went out on my Ford Escape and I was getting the run around at the dealership…the price they quoted me was INSANE! I called and spoke to Carry and he was so nice and answered all my questions. I ended up having my car towed over to AAMCO and Carry made the process super easy and was in communication with me the entire time. He originally said it would be a 3-5 day job but his team was able to get my car finished in just 2 days which saved me even more money on a rental car along with the job total being wayyyyy less than the dealership. Over all my experience was outstanding and I will definitely be returning for future repairs. Thanks again guys!

Steve and his Technicians have taken care of 3 of my vehicles and have done an outstanding job on the transmissions and catalytic converter . No problems whatsoever!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience started out great with them until I was told 1 week for my car and ended up having to rent a car for a month and that's not even the worst part. I pick my car up my check engine light is still on. They run the code and apparently I have a bad o2 sensor now that I didn't have when I dropped it off. Fast forward 2 days later I'm driving home from work and my car starts overheating. I have no coolant in my car. After filling it up over and over I figured it's got to be leaking somewhere. Take my car elsewhere to have it looked at and my radiator is now cracked. I picked up my car more damaged than I dropped it off and they refuse to take responsibility and make it right by fixing it for free. My car was diagnosed at the dealership then towed to them for the better price. So unless the tow truck somehow cracked my radiator on the way over to AAMCO they did and they knew they did. They just hoped cause I'm a female I wouldn't notice. Worst place ever. Never ever go here save yourself time and money and save your car. Go ANYWHERE but here. $7,300 later just to have a more broken car

My 14 Silverado went in with a completely messed up transmission and they had it back to me in four days. I was hesitant about not having it done at the dealership since that’s where I always have taken my vehicles but they were scheduling ten days out so I googled the best place for transmissions and AAMCO was the obvious choice.Steve was incredibly helpful and awesome about keeping me informed of what was going on and the final price was reasonable considering the amount of work they had to do and the warranty they include.These guys were great and deserve every one of the five stars.

This place is by far exceeds our expectations! We would like to give it 10 stars if we could. We have been working with this place probably for a year now because we had bought a jeep that needed transmission replaced. They replaced it and if something was not right on it then they continued to honor their work and warranty and made it right. We always take our vehicles here and also we recommend them highly! Let me tell you this place is top notch customer service. We were getting ready for our trip and was going to hook up our jeep to our RV for a camping trip... something slipped on the transmission gear or something and they came over to OUR HOUSE and took it to their shop and fixed it in record time so we were able to make our camping trip. That was around thanksgiving 2023 (this year as I type it). Also my daughter who is a new driver got into an accident, thank God she is okay just shaken, and something was off on the transmission or something, well we took it to them because we trust them and we were prepared thinking that our old Honda needed a transmission because of the accident but THEY FIXED IT and it did not need a new transmission!!! They were honest and also it doesn't matter who you speak to in the office/shop because they will take care of you! You all have to come here for any of your transmission service. I do not just write any review, they are the best!

Excellent customer service!! However, I ended up using a different repair shop because I like to know the exact cost before committing to a service and the low - high numbers they gave me was a little too broad for my comfort.
