This place is supposed to be a skate shop? Over priced everything and theyre always out of there own decks. Go somewhere else and support a real skate shop. The only reason I went here is bc I got a gift card

Not all associates have the same level of knowledge but if you’re looking for snowboarding stuff, Cole is your guy! He was incredibly patient and helpful in processing some returns when we realized we purchased incompatible items. He even called around to find out if the other stores had boots in the size I needed and was able to get them to the store within just a few days. He went above and beyond in every way and we couldn’t be more grateful for his help!

This place is a joke. I went in to buy old school wheels, trucks, board. No one greated me when I walked in. There was a girl on her cell phone behind the register with her back to the store. I went to the rear counter where the skateboard parts are. About 6 kids were in the 1/4 ramp practicing dropping in. The boys looked at me but none of them seemed to work there or didn't want to be bothered. I nodded at one kid but he looked away. I stood there for 5 min. I was tired of being ignored and decided to take my money elsewhere. As I walked I noticed a long haired kid folding a shirt. He ignored me also. I will never go back to that place whatever it is. Definitely not a store that tries to sell stuff. I recommend you shop someplace else.

Needed to buy some pants, went in. A guy and a very cute girl were working, both super nice and helpful. Cute girl sold me some pants and shoes. Great customer service.

Hello, I have been waiting for the above order for over three weeks at this point. The shoes are in stock and we're to be shipped from the Temecula location. After waiting two weeks I called the store and spoke with the manager who informed me that they had not yet shipped the order due to issues moving locations but ensured me that the shoes would be shipped that day. After a week of no updated tracking I contacted the store again and spoke with the same manager who did not know why the shoes had not been shipped but could only offer to re-reship the shoes. My issue is that if they failed to send the shoes last week I cannot trust them to actually ship the shoes to me. The shoes were a birthday present that were needed for this weekend. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service provided and has left a bad taste in my mouth with ordering from active.

I gave away my skateboard and longboard the day I moved into our first home. I noticed a family next door of skateboarders. They were more than happy to relieve me of my skateboard and longboard. I had a mortgage to pay. I did not want to risk a broken bone. Time to adult I thought. Five years later my awesome wife got not rollerblading. She wanted me to roll around with her while she practiced. I am not a roller skater nor a roller bladder. I used to be a skateboarder. I told her about Active. How when I was twelve, I used to scrounge up my change to buy bearings and wheels at Active while my mom, brother, and I washed our weekly laundry at the coin-laundry place next door. We live in Vista now. I wanted to check out the Active in Escondido; however, it has since closed. I try to spend local and checked out local skate shops but kept thinking about my old Active. I convinced my wife that we could go to Temecula and pop in for a bite at Old Town after to make it worth the drive. I felt like a kid again walking into Active in Temecula, same shopping center, but in the new location. I had the fortune of meeting Jackson. He is enthusiastic about skateboarding. I told him that this would be my last board, and for me, it was like buying a car. We talked about styles, boards, form versus function, etc. Jackson led me through each category and made me feel confident that I was selecting items that fit my riding style and personal style preferences. This is my favorite board that I have ever owned. The front cashier said my board was dope when ringing out. I already knew, but to hear the first person say it, made me grin from ear-to-ear. I hope Active comes back strong. I will try to spend my money there when I can to support the cause. The Return. Thank you Jackson, the woman in the front, and Active. I felt like a kid again. I made sure to cruise Old Town on my awesome new board to make sure the first ride was in Temecula. Where I grew up. Where I hung out at Active. Where I fell in love with skating. Thank you!
