If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is absolute horrible in every possible way. Unfortunately insurance gives referrals to this place and patients get stuck. Calling insurance again to see if I can get another referral.

Horrible. No one ever answers the phone…ever. And no one ever returns your messages…ever. The lady who answers the phone clearly works from home. Always background noises from kids or whatever. She canceled my appointment without telling me. The worst customer service ever. Go somewhere else.

I've been attempting to make an appointment since October'24 no returned calls to weekly voice messages or appointment requests on their website. This seems to be the norm based off other reviews posted.
