I had my prescriptions sent to be filled at this Pharmacy, and the pharmacist didn't like what I was taking. Instead of talking with my doctor and working it out, he just simply decided I could not be a client there. So, now I have to drive halfway across town to fill my medications.

I have had a horrible time dealing with this pharmacy and will not be returning. The people were all nice enough but they could not find my prescription multiple times. I left my dr's office asking them to send the rx to this pharmacy since it was close to my house. The next day, I arrived here and waited in a long line to see if the pharmacy received/filled it, but they didn't have any record of it. So, I called my Dr to resend. My Dr office confirmed with me a few minutes later that they sent it again. I waited a few hrs to give the pharmacy time to fill it. Then, drove back right before closing, assuming it would be ready but found out they don't answer their phones and the message from my dr was likely on the voice-mail which they check after closing. So, the rx I needed that day, I'd have to wait until tomorrow to pick up. With my Dr office already closed, there was no option for them to call it over to different pharmacy. I'm feeling desperate now. I called Savon in the morning to see if they received it but since they don't answer phones while they are open, it just rang and went to voice-mail. There is an automated system to input your rx number but since it was a new prescription, I had no number. So, you have to go in person just to find out a status of a new prescription. I waited in another long line and they STILL DID NOT HAVE MY PRESCIPTION. They said they didn't receive a voicemail from my dr. I call my dr. again (who is starting to get frustrated as well) who says they have sent it over twice and now I'm asking them to do it a third time! And since they will be sent to voicemail, it will be another day before the pharmacy maybe receives it.First off, people can't wait days for medications to be filled. These were meds for a heart condition! Secondly, they need to answer the phones so a Dr can actually speak to them instead of their message get lost on a machine and so customers don't need to drive over and wait in line just to find out a status.

The worst customer service ever. They put you on hold and then redirect you to their voicemail, which is always full. Then when you go in if it’s on the weekend, their systems not working so they ask you to come back during the week pharmacy here is a joke.

Debi the cashier today was so RUDE I scanned my digital rewards and it didn’t do the discount and she stood there with a resting u know what face. Not trying to assist. I asked if it went thru and she rudely said NO. She had scanned my code, so idk what her problem was today. She must hate her job.

The new pharmacist Duaa Hassan has been such a challenge to deal with and is overly strict on being able to get your prescriptions.We've been customers here for nearly 15 years and the past two weeks have been the hardest we've ever experienced. The other Pharmacist has far better customer service standards. She questions everything and is overly stringent on way too much and needs to trust the doctors and patients to know what they need.We've recently (as a family) have had mental health challenges and we felt judged and treated like drug addicts looking for their next fix. We are a respectable family managing life challenges.We can't seem to get thru one pharmacy visit anymore without an issue with this pharmacist. When we come and the other one (a male) is here, no issues at all. Ever!Seriously considering switching but all of our maintenance medications are refilled here. Savon should consider reassigning her. This store has become a horrible experience.

I'd love to award them zero stars. I have been at this pharmacy for 20 years. The previous pharmacists (Lawrence and Tyler) were great. Cared about their customers and were always professional. The pharmacist they have now (woman) is a disgrace to the profession. She decides to arbitrarily fill or not fill meds without medical reasoning and without being the patient's physician. The people who work there are either new and rude or have been there a while and are cranky. After 20 years I moved all my meds to Costco just to get away. They need to clean house from the top down.

Awesome! We've been coming to this pharmacy for 22 years and have always felt that our needs are of their highest priority. We highly recommend this Savons location. The staff is always patient, kind, and helpful. Pharmacists and their staff can certainly be overworked, especially during the height of the pandemic, yet we always felt as if we were being treated with the upmost respect and care! Thank you!

I have been shopping at this Albertsons for almost 30 years when it was Lucky,,'s at first. This store is not perfect just like any other but it has wonderful customer service. The place is the cleanest that I've ever seen from all the other Albertsons. I am reviewing the Albertsons on Temecula parkway. The employees are customer friendly and I especially today want to thank Liz d. The pharmacist at the pharmacy in Temecula parkway in Albertsons. She gave me my booster shot and it was painless. She also help me to fill out my new or I should say my old vaccination card for covid and booster shot. I had misplaced or lost my card and she made a new one for me which relief my anxiety. I will need this card when I travel overseas so I want to say to miss Liz d. thank you. I am reading this Temecula parkway Albertsons and pharmacy with five stars. The cleanliness the friendliness and great customer service is to be noted. Because life is not perfect parking lots will be crowded and therefore stores will be crowded. Just remember those employees at Albertsons do their best with the impossible and that is why I always come back to the store and shop. Five stars to lose d the pharmacist and all the other employees at Albertsons for their professionalism. Randy

Terrible set up and worse service. It's like they could care less about their space and how customers always have to stand in front of working aisles while shoppers ask you to move out of the way.

This place deserves 0 stars. I have tried calling 6 times and no answer. Their mailbox is full and I just need to transfer my prescription elsewhere. After them not answering over and over on the 7th attempt they picked up the phone and hung it up. I have had the worst experiences in the past with them such as them opening 10-20 mins late and making me late to work, poor customer service, messing up prescriptions, giving my prescription to someone else and then not having it available when I needed to pick up so I had to go days without it. I have now gone to HOPE pharmacy and it's incomparable. Do not use this Pharmacy. It's seriously needs to be shut down. Shame on the management. Shame on the employees. No one knows what they are doing.
