After being released from the hospital, they sent my prescription to this Sav on. It was to late as it wasn't ready. I called the following morning to see if they would send it to the closest one to me and I called both stores a minimum of 5 times and never did anyone answer the phone. NEVWE WVWE UAW THWM

The employees that work there are not customer friendly at all the APP for the store never works and the employees at the register are completely clueless and I was told they are trained to be able to help customers with the app I will never shop there again NEVER (RUDE A** PEOPLE)

If I were just reviewing the seafood counter, it would be a 5 star A+ review. But I have to average it out because of the bakery and the cashier. It took me about 4 hellos to get the bakery attendant's attention. Then when I asked her my question, she didn't know the answer, which is fine but customer service is asking someone else that answer for your customer. She called down into another part of the bakery I couldn't see and a lady came out who was able to answer my question. Had the first lady just said "I don't know but let me find out for you, be right back". Nope, pushed it off and turned her back to the customer. Now, the cashier... if you'r going to work the fast lane, that mean, move it fast. There was a lady in front with over 20 items and they were having a full on conversation. There was a young man in front of me and then there were 2 people behind me. I believe the cashier's name was Tiffani... trying to remember but she had long red hair and was wearing a costume like Maid Marion. Any way, what should have been no more than a 3-5 min wait, took me a good 8 mins just for her to get to my items. Guess I'll be going through the self check at this place

Im a huge fan of this store and location. For years I avoided stores like this, Vons, ralphs, etc because they can be a little pricey compared to others but now that i work in the area I find myself coming here a lot. Clean store, amazing deals when you download the app, and friendly staff. Not sure why they receive so many complaints about staff here.. I've never once experienced an issue. There are even a few staff members, Jill being one of them, that make my experience great every time. A huge thank you to all of the staff that are working even harder during this crazy time!

This is a good normal grocery store with normal things to expect like long lines, crowd control due to covid, and all the 100%-perfect customer service a depressed young or middle-aged adult can offer to any angry or disgruntled customer. It's a normal grocery store. You'll find what you're looking for here, unless it's out. About the same prices as any other store similar to them. Most of the bad reviews on here are people upset they have to follow covid guidelines and take it out on the store, or normal things that the individual store can not control, like, you know, long lines or "higher prices since Vons bought them out" (you know, something the Albertson's on Rancho California can control). Haha. This is a normal satisfactory grocery store, I just wrote this review because people piss me off and I for some reason felt the need to tell anyone with sense this is just a normal grocery store like any grocery store with normal grocery store problems. Okay have a nice one

I came in to the Albertsons this afternoon about 4:30 p.m. I used self checkout and realized I had alcohol and needed to pay for it in a regular line. I left the can of Bud Light on the shelf next to the self checkout register. I paid for my items and walked out to my car.As I was loading my car, a store manager, blond, don't know her name, approached me and said a customer stated that I WALKED OUT with the alcohol and didn't pay for it. I stated, angrily, that I DID NOT steal ANYTHING. She said she didn't accuse me of stealing BUT was it in my trunk?! I ALREADY told her that I DID NOT STEAL ANYTHING and I opened my trunk and offered to let her look. She declined. I TOLD her where I left the alcohol and she said I could pay for it in her line. I said NO and walked back in with her and showed her where I left it. I gave her the can and said loudly, whoever said I stole the can of alcohol, here it is! The manager, LIED, LAUGHED in my face and said she NEVER said that anyone told her I stole anything. I live maybe 2 minutes from my store and I'm there almost every other day. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

Its terrible how they treat their customers like lab rats because of covid 19 I go to the pharmacy and i can't barely walk because of CHF They block the entrances and things like making a deposit at the atm or picking up prescriptions has gotten complicated I have to walk a lot more and I'm gasping for air I already had a bad fall in the parking lot after i got out of hospital Did they take care of trip hazards? No they rather waste time frustrating their customers on other matters

Lousy service. They hold up the lines all the time for simple discounts. I waited today in line for 10 minutes for a discount on a 12 pack of soda and finally walked out. Go to Walmart for way better service.

This is for the pharmacy . And I've wanted to do this so many times but refrained but I'm doing this now . I went to the pharmacy at 10:15 am . To pick up my prescription I'm feeling sick it's hot .( sick from a very severe tooth infection ) flu like symptoms . I go in early I need medicine . After waiting half hour they tell me they did not receive order . I called doctor . I waited another half hour . Doctor called them directly . To give my order in case it was accidental sent to the wrong pharmacy . I asked the pharmacist if she now recieved she said yes . It was now noon ! Still nothing . At 12:30 she calls me over to tell me I need to go to the other pharmacy ten min away to get my medicine . I said can't you do it here ?!!!! I waited hours . She said no it's already filled and waiting there . I was Infuriated I left the pharmacy and drove to the other one waited in line again where they stated it showed in the computer that my medicine has been filled at the Albertson's pharmacy. At this point now 1 pm I was pretty mad and sick and it's 100 degrees out . Mind you I bought sushi from Albertson's that is now ruined that was $14 that I literally had to throw in the trash. Not to mention how unsafe it is that they are sending me to different stores when they could've filled it right there at Albertsons the lady at this new pharmacy said that she would just help me but I would have to wait another 20 minutes and she stated that the pharmacist at Albertson's was just lazy and that they have seen this many times that they could've just filled my prescription there so intern my medicine was not filled and it was not waiting for me. I feel like I'm a pretty patient person and I have been going to the Albertson's pharmacy for over 20 years I am a very good customer and loyal customer to Albertsons and during this time of sickness and when I am not well I do not appreciate not being treated like I should as a loyal customer not only did I waste my entire day in the hot sun trying to get my medicine that I needed this morning I also wasted money on the food that I bought that I had to throw away and I live 35 minutes away from the pharmacy also I am not happy and I will transfer my stuff to a different pharmacy from now on

I'm 75, my wife and I have lived nearby for 8 years, and love everything about this store and it's employees! I've always been warmly greeted and never had to return any product! I know that the population of Temecula has grown and street traffic has worsened, but the friendliness and reliability of Albertsons has remained the same, great! There will always be "unhappy" customers anywhere you go, but you can expect a pleasant experience at this particular store

A good friend of mine was racially targeted, harassed, and subjected to humiliation in this racist store by its employees. Whether it was just one racist employee or systematic racist policies, this should not have been allowed to happen, and yet it did. My friend is Asian American, and was kicked out of the store for not wearing a mask, even though there were over 10 other white people in the store also wearing masks, who were not removed. While enforcing a mask policy is absolutely fine, it's obvious that it was being selectively enforced according to racial prejudice. This kind of egregiously bigoted behavior is absolutely unacceptable, especially in this day and age.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. This is for the Starbucks inside only. The Albertsons is great. My family and I went in to get the Matte pink studded Starbucks cup. One of my family members heard the barista say that she had the cups. But when we asked, the same barista had the nerve to lie and say no we don't have the cups. When the box is right there. Why lie about Starbucks cups what do you have to gain if you have paying customers, who want the cups? I'm talking about the older white lady with thinning hair and an attitude problem.
