Lashes don’t last. Fall off after first day. Over priced up charge on everything and no tech does the same work despite having a file of what was previously done.

Skip this location!!!! I'm from Miami and have been getting lashes done since 2014. By the time I left South FL, I had been going to Amazing Lash for about a year because I liked the convenience of being able to get fills in different states while traveling. I also loved the handful of master stylists I would go to! With that said, I did notice some Amazing Lash locations are just not the same quality as others. It's amazing that a lash stylist can attain the "master" level when they have very little experience. I didn't like that at all, because you pay an up charge for a master stylist and expect that quality work. While the lash techs in the Temecula location were all very sweet, the lashes they applied were over glued, piled on top of each other and my lid, and overall horrible retention. Also, a few of the stylists barely covered my lashes which looks awful when you have straight lashes sticking down that are not attached to a lash.I literally went to every single master stylist at the location and every fill was unfortunately disappointing. This location either has horrible product or the training just isn't up to par. I even alerted the front desk in the most polite way, and did (what I thought) were 2 corrections since lashes were gone in a week and looked like shit. When I went to go to my final last appt, I was told I had no more credits and treated pretty disrespectfully by the receptionist. She informed me that the last "correction" was not a correction because it was over 1 week and they had used the credit. This was not at all what was discussed at the prior appt. At that point, dealing with a 20 something year old with an attitude wasn't on my to do list or worth my time. Especially, considering the subpar lash service this location was consistently providing. I walked out, called my home location in FL and canceled the membership. I will never return to Amazing Lash.

BE AWARE!!! The first time I went in got my lashes done paid $154 which is typical for a volume fullset.I returned sometime later to get my lashes done again only this time they charged me $280. They charged me $189 plus $65 per volume plus $30 for master technician. I don't typically complain but I felt this was ridiculous especially when I asked for pricing prior to doing so. The lashes I receive look more like classic. They don't look bad but they are definitely not $280 worth. They did offered me a $30 discount. When I made my appointment I asked to make the same appointment I did the first time assuming I would be paying $154 again that wasn't the case. I will not be returning again.

Liz was my artist that gave me the best experience. I was very nervous and she was very good at making me feel relaxed and comfortable. Thank you LizP.s.s. just wanted to add that the whole experience from moment I walked in to the studio was very professional . Definitely a 5 service from Liz.

I'm writing this review for my mom she was in town and had an appointment with somebody to get a lash refill and she was very impressed! :-)

I came here for my first lash set. I should've listened to the other Yelp reviews. While my lash appointment was very smooth and relaxing, the after has been a nightmare. The glue is clumped together beyond anything I've seen. Honestly, the lash line looks like a nightmare. From a distance, they're alright. But I can feel the glue poking my eyelid every time I blink. Honestly I think for $170, the quality I got was not up to par. I opened a membership, but I'll definitely be cancelling that. It's day 5 of a new set, and I've already lost over half the lashes on one eye.

Don’t waste your time, money or your natural eye lashes.I went in with a new client discount. Got a confirmation notice that it would be $89. Got there and they charged me $110. While checking out, the girl at the counter tried to lie/manipulate me into buying a membership by saying that’s all they do, when that isn’t true. She looked like a deer in the headlights when I showed her their brochure as she was caught in her lie.The girl who did my lashes told me the fill would be $35. So after a week when half my lashes were gone already, I came back for a refill. They tried to charge me $110 again. Both times I left with black gunk covering my eye lids that I couldn’t get off. And the fill only last maybe 2.5 days. I’m sitting here with my eyes extremely irritated with lashes that are globbed with glue poking me in the eyes and hurting my eye lids.Really really unhappy with this whole experience.Service: Eyelash extensions

First, I got my eyelashes done midweek. By Saturday, my right eye had a LOT of lashes falling off. Elizabeth did a great job refilling, but the lashes still fell off over the week. Yes, I know, heat and lash cycles can influence this. However, for all my lashes to be gone within 2 weeks is extremely unusual as I’ve gotten my lashes done at other studios and never ever had this issue.I still didn’t complain, I just booked my follow up appointment with Elizabeth. I need to change the time for my appointment for 9 AM, and was able to do so without any issue on the phone. About an hour later, I received a text that Elizabeth doesnt work mornings. I replied and asked if this was in response to my newly rescheduled 9 AM appointment. The person replied and said the same information, that Elizabeth does not work in the morning. I asked if I would receive a phone call to reschedule, and received no response. I called, and received no response. So I drove over to the studio and found three staff members sitting at the front desk, socializing. I canceled my membership on the spot, and when I requested information for Lucie Johnston, I was given the same number for texting for appointments. There are way too many small business owners in the area that I would much prefer to give my money to.There is a reason there are so many one star reviews on here. Listen to the other ladies and steer clear of this mess.

Inconsistent and overpriced. Also, they make it a little difficult to cancel. The girls are very nice, but you just never know what you're going to get.

Well, I left a review on google and received no feedback so I will try here, even though it looks like most of what the owner responses are is copy and pasted. I loved my set the day I got it done. I bought every aftercare product they recommended to help longevity. I avoided swimming, didn't get them wet for 48 hours instead of 24, and use no oil based products and haven't worn makeup once during this time. After I washed them the first time, the eyelashes started to feel crunchy. I also began noticing I couldn't keep the eyelash from twisting, which is a clear giveaway that the artist used lashes that were too long for my eye shape. After 5 days, the edges close to my eyelids started lifting up. Then, they started hurting when I would brush them and blink. After 7 days, I'd lost at least half of my extensions and when I would brush them, it would look like clumps of lashes until i looked closer and realized several lashes were glued to single lashes, she really struggled separating them during application to the point where it hurt and I said something. Some lashes fell out without my natural lash shedding, they just detached. So much for the "bonding gel." They are VERY expensive to get an experience like this. The most expensive lash place I've been to with the worst fallout I've ever experienced in my years of getting them. This picture is exactly 2 weeks after. There's not even enough lashes left for a fill. After 2 weeks I need a full set. And this isn't even rare, the majority of their recent reviews say the same type of things. Either they are using old product or are using lash stylists that are below the industry standard.

So I didn’t think I was going to end up doing this but now it’s gotten so bad I have to. It’s been one week since my full set and all of my eyelashes are lifting as they grow out and hurt my eyelids when I brush them or sometimes blinking. Elizabeth acted like she was their best lash stylist but here I am with lifting edges. I used every product they recommended, so I spent hundreds for the full set and supplies. Eyelash wash, the bonding gel stuff, and the cleansing brush. I use everything exactly as they said and it still didn’t help. I see them reply to everyone else on here saying “aftercare” well I followed the aftercare so now what’s the excuse. If you have so many people complaining, maybe take a look at the quality of supplies or your staff and make some changes because you guys are expensive to not have good results! Now I have to figure out if somewhere else will do a fill after just ONE WEEK or if I have to wait until they all fall out and therefore not having lashes on my vacation.Service: Eyelash extensions

Be aware there are secret notes that they place so you can not ask for corrections. Per my notes I was advised that my lashes needed to be washed and I "refused" then was told if I didn't then my lashes would not last and "refused" to still wash them. When I advised I was never told this ans would have been happy to wash them if was advised my lashes wouldn't last. Well 1 day later half my lashes are gone and they refused to correct them. I asked for owners contact info and was given generic salon email, so LAUREN ALLES as the owner of this business I reqest your contact info to please go over the horrible customer experience I have had at your salon.

Horrible service, was lied about, refused correction to my lashes, refused to speak to a manager. Please be aware they maintain notes about your session so please ask to see them before leaving or else if you dispute the notes they advise you should of dispute the notes on the day of the visit ( I had no clue any notes were even made so I could note dispute my notes on the day of the visit ) due to those notes is the reason that my lashes were not corrected even whith in the 3 day policy of when you can ask for corrections.
