I really enjoyed shopping in your Temecula store today, and Marysol helped me cheerfully with a very complicated (at least to me, lol!) transaction. I fell in love with some super-soft, ultra hi-rise straight leg jeans, two super-soft off the shoulder fall sweaters (in two colors I couldn’t resist, & two pairs of cute fall novelty socks. When I let her know that I was going to purchase them online for a lower price, she let me know that she’d be happy to price match! After helping me get the best price in store (and not have to wait for them to be shipped!), she and her team-member quickly helped a long line of customers checkout. They all stayed cheerful & friendly and there was always someone to greet customers as they entered the store and thanked them for coming as they left!
Your Temecula AEO team is so warm, friendly and helpful! I love shopping in person at this location. This store is always clean & neat & well-stocked, & the displays are merchandised perfectly to give us great ideas for putting cute, stylish & comfy outfits together. AE Temecula has the nicest vibe!

My closest American Eagle is Temecula, CA.
I like to visit the store when I have to return items that I have ordered online.
Every time I have been helped by Kallan. She doesn’t know it but she has been stuck helping me. She has been patient with and helpful.

I absolutely love Aaliyah at the Temecula Promenade mall. She knows her product and her customer service is always on point. She has a good eye for what looks good on my body frame and guides me to all of the best picks! If your ever in Temecula ask for Aaliyah!

I love shopping at AE, the girls always greet me as I walk in and are always attentive and ask if I need help or a fitting room, definitely would recommend shopping in the Temecula location!

I had a wonderful time at the American Eagle Eagle at the promenade mall. Kallan was extremely helpful and truly gave the 10 to 10 customer service! Will be going back!!

If I could give this one employee a lower rating I would. I went to the store to return a top because they have some stains. I grabbed it from the fitting room while I was trying on clothes thought it was cute and didn’t look at it. Totally my fault when I came to return it, the Manager came over and started smelling the shirt Over and over. While my toddler was throwing a tantrum taking her time, I then had Jean extender Buttons that did not work for the thickness of jeans that I had That were not American Eagle and she refused to return them because she said if she can’t resell it mind you the paper was ripped in half and none of the Items were damaged then explains that that was poor Customer Service as it stipulates nothing in the receipt that it has to only work with American Eagle jeans she cut me off and said you can call Customer Service If your store is that starving for money then maybe you should treat your customers better

I never write reviews, but I was disheartened by my experience in store today. I was excited to find some new jeans, but was chastised by a salesperson for taking jeans from the wrong shelf. I was so embarrassed and, having worked in retail, I was stunned. I guess we will take our money elsewhere.

I just had the best experience at this Aerie! I was welcomed right when I walked in and immediately helped. A kind woman I think her name was Chelsea saw I was strolling around and came to my rescue!!! She had the best outfit in there and I instantly trusted her. She was so helpful and insightful somehow knowing exactly what I needed! I ended up buying this adorable striped set with lace. I LOVE it!! So, thank you to Chelsea for making this Aerie experience incredible!!! Whatever she’s getting paid - DOUBLE IT!!!!
