I have nothing but good things to say about this storage facility. We have been customers here over 5 years and the Staff is top notch. Ashley goes above and beyond to help anytime I have a question or have to make a payment. She remembers my name when I call and always take time to ask how my day is going or how my family is. The personalized service is one of the many reasons we stay! The rates are better then what all my friends are paying and I recommend this business whenever asked about storage in the area. Ashley is truly a gem and they are lucky to have her there managing things!

The managers at American Mini Storage in Temecula are always very friendly and helpful every time I need to access my unit. They also seem to have lower prices than many of the other facilities near by. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

1/23/21 The lady and gentleman up front were quick and professional with telling me what units were available and didn't try to push me back out the door like most places in the area. These guys have the best prices also! They aren't the nicest units but it's a perfect gated storage for what I needed.

I shopped around and found that American MIni Storage prices were significantly lower. I showed up to reserve my unit and Ashley helped me with all necessary paperwork. A few weeks later, I had an issue with billing and Ashley was more than accommodating as she resolved the issue. The staff here is professional and helpful and I would definitely recommend American Mini Storage.
