Made an appointment ahead of time to avoid long periods of waiting. Location: off Winchester, Temecula. Store employee stated service was completed, but when report was asked for to see how bad the alignment was that’s when we found out it was never completed. Still made us wait much longer, other cars getting alignments done knowingly we had an appointment for it and they got caught in a lie about a service that was never completed.

I went here for tires on my van; what you think would be simple and straightforward considering they're a tire shop. Not the case.
After being told my van would be ready that same day, I was called an hour and a half after the agreed upon pickup time informing me that my van wouldn't start. I told them to install the tires and I'd have AAA come get it out of their hair that next day. They said no problem, they'll just use floor jacks where it sat in the parking lot.
I called at opening to discover the work had yet to be done and was told it would be just an hour. I then called 3 hours later to check, the work still hadn't been done, but it would be just another hour.
I gave them 2 hours before my next follow up and was told again the work had yet to be started and that it would be..you guessed it..just another hour.
This time they were correct and I received a call telling me my van was ready for pickup. I scheduled the tow truck driver and met him there.
When we went to load the van it started right up, no issues and was driven onto the flatbed. Once the van was home, it again started and drove off under its own power.
I then discovered damage to both rocker panels and front fenders...whoever did the work decided that the body was the best place to use as a jack point, rather than the 11 feet of steel frame rail.
Long story long, they submitted a damage claim and now after a 3 week process with the adjuster I was told my van is a total loss...the damage caused by one incompetent employee totaled my vehicle. The cherry on top here is that the fair market value of my van is lower than the payout I've been offered, so replacement without any out of pocket y expenses isn't in the cards.
This isn't my daily, but it is my family's weekend adventure rig we take camping, traveling, etc. I'm now left with no vehicle to enjoy the weekend trips and vacations with my family. One person at America's Tire took that from us.
I've been a customer for years, but in good conscience don't think I can trust them with any of my vehicles moving forward.
The phantom 'no start' issue certainly threw a curveball in what should have been a straightforward service..but at no time did they ever try to start the van on that second day...and if they had done so, I might still have my van.
The excuse/explanation I got was that the employee was new and since most newer vehicles used pinch welds as jack points this was an honest mistake... I don't care who you are or what 'experience' you think you have, but using body panels to jack up a 6800lb van is ridiculous. Metal doesn't bend quietly so after doing one side, why on earth continue on the other..
Is this perhaps an outlying situation at a shop that otherwise had a pretty solid reputation, maybe..but beware that on any given day someone under qualified and authorized to use tools may take your vehicle from you and your family.
You'll see the same cookie cutter response from 'management' below that I got on yelp as well. Nobody actually cares that they have incompetent people around negligently damaging customer vehicles. Save the corny responses and do what's right.

Luis was the best at America's tires I came in with two quad tires off the rim and they were able to pop them back onto the bead for free I can't say enough Luis was the best

In this place we call California it gets crazier by the day and the roads are worse than ever. How do you turn a bad day into a good day? America's tire saved my butt again. Dave and the crew had my car repaired and ready to go in 1990 minutes after I hit some gigantic pothole on Margarita Road.

There is no better service anywhere in Temecula, not specifically in tires, but across-the-board! Seasoned pros are always there to answer questions, and they know their stuff!
Specifically, I like the fact that they never up sell you to get you to spend more money. In today's world, that's unheard of...
Recently, I bought 4 high-end Michelin 4S sport tires for my Civic SI from America's tire on Winchester, and shortly after that had a minor accident, after which a local repair shop replaced the rim and tire. I had alignment problems shortly after, and it wasn't until I spoke to Noor at America's tire that I understood why. He identified the fact that the repair shop replaced my 4S Sport tire with a cheaper Michelin tire, which has a completely different tread and therefore caused the car to drift. Mystery solved - and this undoubtedly saved me weeks of further troubleshooting on the drift/alignment issue!
My utmost thanks to Noor, Andy and all the guys at America's tire on Winchester in Temecula. You guys rock!

Mixed review. Tires are a good deal but that comes at a cost. They do not inspect the steering and suspension components ( ie ball joints and tie rods) as part of the service which I've learned is recommended and done by reputable places when tires are bought. I understand their focus is tires but it should be part of the evaluation since it is part of the wheel's structure and a safety concern if they need replacing.

Dave the manager is awesome. America’s Tire is known for their legendary service. But Dave especially goes out of his way to take care of me. Anytime I go in. I really appreciate his help and expertise. It’s also really helpful knowing that my wife can just take the car in and I’ll do an air pressure check without having to get out of the vehicle. When you have three little kids with you, thats a huge relief.
This location also does alignments which is very convenient. Their tire warranty is the best that I’ve came across. They always replace it without any hassle when you have a road hazard issue.

Noah at the America's Tire location on Winchester in Temecula was friendly and professional. The technician who repaired my daughter’s tire was detailed and helpful, clearly explaining what needed to be done. They repaired the tire quickly and didn’t charge us anything. The app that provides real-time updates on the job status was also very convenient. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

want to give a big thank you to Max, Gabby, and Dave at America’s Tire in Temecula for their amazing service! I brought in my 2018 F350 Dually to have a tire sensor replaced and the whole system reset. They did an excellent job—very careful, thorough, and professional throughout the process.
What really stood out was how kind and respectful they were. They made sure everything was done right and that I was completely taken care of. It’s rare to find a team that combines skill with such genuine customer service.
Highly recommend this location—I’ll definitely be back!
