I come here every single day. Little confused on how They use to have a rib sandwich there. That was good at 8 o'clock in the morning. But now they don't make Them any more In the morning until the afternoon. One other major concern is. When you go into that place, it takes you 10 minutes to get back out. Cause the road from Winchester and Jefferson are always full of cars. Because whoever designed that area was blind and they don't have the turn signals long enough and they time them wrong, with the light that are on top of the freeway over pass which causes blockage It's simple math. And it's common sense. Why can't you fix the problem? What do we pay the city for anyway? Every time I see them, there's 13 of them all standing around a whole. While one guy's doing the work every day I see them. I drive up-and-down Jefferson probably 40 times a day. Doing deliveries and see things. City's paying them to work. There's 13 of them, but only 2 of them are working or one working. It's not right. We have to pay all that top dollar pay for people who just stand around on their cell phones.

Beware! If you get sick after eating their hot food (burgers, sandwiches, hotdogs, etc) it’s probably because they slap new labels on the package after the “enjoy by” date has expired. Sometimes they cover the labels with a new one. Today they ripped off the old one and slapped a new label over it. (You can see where the old sticker was in the pics.) It’s very deceptive and unhealthy. Imagine buying a burger from McDonald’s that has been sitting in the warmer for 6 hours or longer. Not acceptable! I asked about this before and an employee took the food back, apologized and said he didn’t know why “another” employee did it. But today, a different employee told me it’s because the owners want to save money. I won’t be buying their hot food again. They have good customer service but they’re playing with your health to save a buck. Not OK!

I stopped by to use the restroom at 10:34 PM on April 4, 2023 and the restroom was very clean. The gentleman was also very polite.

If I could give a zero star I would. I was just there early in the morning about 2am to pump gas and grab some snacks as we still had a long drive ahead. While I was getting ready to pump gas my elderly dad went to use the restroom only to be told that they were closed and he couldn’t use them. They weren’t out of service just not available to the public. I get having to lock them, but a code or key should still be able to be provided to customers. I understand it wasn’t the attendants fault since they did mention it was direction from management, but it was nonetheless upsetting.

I don’t know what’s with the negative reviews, I always have a good experience at this location especially when I go in for coffee in the mornings, and the morning shift lady with the glasses who is a cashier, she does a wonderful job and is always in a great mood greeting people. She needs a raise!!

Attention owners. Your employees are a******* No customer service at all. And I'm not one to complain but damn at least try to do your job. Especially the guy working on 5/28/22 at 6:26pm. He's a dick

It is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE to NOT have your restrooms available for your customers. Whoever owns or manages this location needs to get this corrected. You are not the only fuel provider in town or near your location and we customer will speak with out money and take that money elsewhere.

A message to the owners. Watch your cameras at 1030am on March 2nd 2022. You will see no employee in the store with money on the counter I could of walked off with.

So I usually spend my lunch Wednesday and Fridays taking my non verbal 4 year old to his speech therapy so I stop here every Wednesday and Friday for the last 6 months and get 2 all beef hotdogs ( cause I don't eat pork), chips, and drinks. The Manager/ possibly owner is always nice, and helpful. But these last 2 months have been absolutely terrible there they are always out of something and the staff there has a DGAF attitude always. Which brings me to today. I went in to get my usual quick lunch. got everything and headed to take my 4 year old to his speech appointment. I went to eat my lunch, and got half way into my "all beef hotdogs and realized that not only did they put a Spicy Jalapeño Dog in the All Beef Dog Wrapper, but the Spicy Jalapeño Dogs are made of Pork, in a wrapper that clearly says Beef Hot Dog. and when I called to talk to someone I was told there was no manager and probably wouldn't be a manger in at all til tomorrow.
