I made an appointment. I asked twice what would be the time to check my laptop so I could decide if I would wait there. Then after waiting 1 hour they increased the time again. No thank you!

Was helped out by Royce. He helped me set up my new iPhone, and went above and beyond. He stayed past the closing hours just to help me out and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering him. Royce got me my iPhone and everything transferred over that same day. he helped me out every step of the way and there was a lady who helped me out too, but I forgot to get her name. Thank you so much, Royce!

On Thursday, October 2, 2025, I went to the Apple store to purchase a new phone. I was helped by Apple specialist Tydus who helped me to figure out which phone would best fit me. Tydus was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful.
After purchasing the phone, I was helped by Allen an expert specialist. Allen was amazing! Allen helped me transfer my data from my old phone to my new 16 Plus. Allen was very knowledgeable, patient, supportive and helpful in every way while helping 6-7 other customers.
Thank you Tydus & Allen for your good Customer Service and keeping a smile while doing it.

While the customer service rep was nice and friendly, he erased the wrong iPhone, wiping out my current phone instead of the phone I was trading in. This wiped my entire phone, all of its photos, data, messages, everything. I lost important photos that I can never recover, including wedding and honeymoon photos. This was an act of complete negligence that should have never happened, and the way the Apple store dealt with it was unfair. We went back that night, and the female greeter was completely dismissive after I told her my phone factory reset. It was clear that she just wanted to go home, and her customer service was terrible.
I then returned the next day to understand what happened. It was then that a kind tech was able to identify what mistake the original customer service rep made- in an act of carelessness and desire to complete the transaction quickly, he chose the wrong iPhone on the Find My app to delete. When permanently erasing someone’s iPhone, this action should be treated with care, not speed. It was clear after a few minutes of being helped by the customer service rep, that he was confused on why the trade in phone wasn’t erasing. Instead, I was required to put my password in between 7-8 times because he was having trouble erasing my phone. I was told “This is the last time you’ll need to put your password in” 3-4 times, further proving my point that he didn’t know what he was doing.
There needs to be better training, and more care taken when dealing with factory resetting a customer’s phone. This was not okay, and it should have NEVER happened. The Apple Store attempted to make things right by giving me a meager 25% discount, but it feels wrong for me to spend any more money at this store. What I lost was priceless, and I intend on escalating this issue to receive compensation that feels fair to the gross negligence of this situation.

I was first in line to get in the store this morning. I wanted some information on the iPads. I was told to go stand by the iPads and wait.
So I stood there for about 20 minutes. I turned around and everyone else was being waited on. I looked at the man that had forgotten me and he came over and said, has anybody come and taken care of you, well no.
I’m sure that doesn’t happen very often, but it was really a pain this morning!

I have been to this store and the one in San Diego hoping to recover the password for my laptop and my tablet and they have not been able to do it. Nothing but excuses and waiting for days for them to help me. They were really nice when l purchased those two devices and a watch for my daughter, but now, they are being lazy

Very poor customer service made me wait over an hour just for a pickup they were rude said they were bringing a salesperson over to me but waited 25 more minutes great store I would recommend coming if you want to waste time 😂

Other than the 40 min wait to see a genius (even with an appointment) the customer service was good. I would still recommend an appointment, but be prepared you’re just holding a spot, not a time.

Service was horrible, shitty customer service. After waiting 2.5 hrs for the Genius Bar specialist. Checked in, 30 mins later of waiting at the table I get a text they have canceled my appointment. Spoke to a rep, was told to wait once again, since I missed my appointment I have people In front of me. I should have gone to the Apple store in North County at the Escondido Mall.

I brought my daughter in here to get help transferring her data to a new phone. Immediately we were welcomed by Jaime and he started us off by helping do what I had been nervous to do at home myself. At some point the migration had a problem - as it did at home - and he asked his co-worker Alan to fix the issue - which he did easily. We were there about 2 hours - both of them were friendly, knowledgeable and interesting to talk to. I just wanted to give them both a great review and thank them for their help!
