Want to give a big shout out to Justin and the whole team at Audi Temecula. Always 5 start service, they go above and beyond to make the service process painless and as efficient as possible. Newer EV's and technology can sometimes be tricky to navigate even for the pro's, but Audi service does a great job of providing transparency and options along the way to keeping my car healthy. I had such a seamless experience with Jerry! From quickly booking an appointment all the way until I was driving away in my clean and freshly maintained car, I was such a happy camper. Jerry even gave me a heads up on all the things that I should expect to have done in the future and was extremely helpful without putting any pressure. Audi of Temecula came through in the clutch. They got me in last minute, serviced my car, installed updates, and took the time to explain everything and give me options. Jerry was fantastic! Being that I missed a couple of services, he made sure to assist me in weighing options, and then made sure that I had a ride home and updates throughout the day.

I came due to a recall on my car. So far, coming here has always been a good experience. Their waiting lobby is clean.
As you park into their service port, a customer service representative will come out with a smile to ask how they could assist you. After which, you will be politely directed to your service person. In my case, his name is Justin. He had always been courteous and respectful during all of my visits. If you need a ride home, they’d provide an UBER ride for free. They also provide a car wash.
When the service is completed, you will receive a video with the mechanic going over what’s under your car (tires, brakes, etc), showing and letting you know wether things are up to snuff or would be needing attention soon.
Then you’ll get a text from your service guy to let you know your car is ready for pick up.
You just can’t go wrong coming to Audi Temecula. You’ll definitely get 5 Star quality service.
