I recently bought an A3 from Audi temecula. my partner was going out of town the next day and wanted to get the car the same day and they made it happen even though it was a dealer trade. they stayed 3 hours after closing hours just so i could have the new car experience with my partner. amazing customer service. Special shout out to Cristian Luna for making this happen :)

My wife and I visited Audi Temecula on a wimp for a new car for her. We were very surprised at their selections and pricing. PSA: Do Not Take Your Audi Here For Service!!! My Audi S4 had 60k miles and was leaking oil and had an EPC warning light out. I wanted it fixed properly so I tool it to the nearest Audi dealer which was Audi Of Temecula. I told them I wanted the oil leak fixed and the warning light addressed. They said no problem we can do that for $9500. Expensive but I figured it would be worth it to have my favorite car all time running properly again. So I paid the $9500 picked up my car two weeks later which was filthy I might add. I got in the car and drove 1 to 2 miles max to the nearest gas station and before I got there multiple warning lights went off and the car broke down. I called my service rep told him this was unacceptable and his advice to me was to have towed back to be looked he also told me that standard diagnostic rates would apply but if i chose to have repairs done by them then the woikd exclude that diagnostic rate. As one could imagine I was livid I told them I paid you the dealer almost $10,000 to fix my car you guys didn't fix it and now you want me to pay you again to fix what I already paid for?!?! Absolutely absurd they made no effort to rectify the situation whatsoever. Thankfully Ford Temecula gave me a more than fair trade it on my not running Audi S4 but I still had to pay off $5000 of negative equity because the cars value was so low because of Audi Temecula. We are not a wealthy family and my wife and I feel that Audi Temecula totally took advantage of us and basically stole $10,000 from us and our child and the worst part is they didn't think twice nor did they care. They didn't fix the car they flat out lied to me saying it checked out. No care that checks out by the dealer breaks down in a mile. My good reviews to bad reviews are 10:1 at least so for me to post a bad review it's because a certain business did very wrong by me and my family. I truly hope this helps others not be taken advantage of like we've been

When buying an Audi Q5, everything was great at first. We bought what we thought was a great deal and awesome car. Meg was great in the beginning as a sales person. 1 month into the new car ownership-it was unable to start with a whole system failure. The part was $8,000-luckily covered by warranty, however the car took a month to fix. Major push back from Audi to provide a rental. And when talking to Audi of Temecula an "authorized dealer"-they said: "We are just a middle man to Audi-out of our hands." No "sorry"-no help or reimbursement. During this time we also haven's received the title for months-another issue of Audi that seems to be common. I recommend NOT buying from here or using Meg as a sales person. They try to sell luxury but dont have the customer service to back it up.

The BEST experience I’ve ever had buying a car!
I rarely ever write reviews, but after the great experience I’ve had, it feels wrong not to! :)
I’ve been looking for a Lexus UX 200 F Sport for a few weeks now and spoken to multiple dealerships and their sometimes overly salesly salespeople, but once Millard reached out to me after an inquiry and we spent a few minutes talking about what I was looking for, I knew just by how he talked that he would do everything he can to get me my dream car! From the constant communication, to doing most of the paperwork over the phone and just the genuine care that they put into their clients is outstanding! On the day of, Millard even got me breakfast while waiting to sign papers :)
The team at Audi Temecula and Millard have been such a pleasure to work with. For any of my future purchases, they will definitely be the one I reach out to first!

I recently purchased a Toyota from Audi Temecula, and I must say that my experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff members. Millard, one of the sales representatives, went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information I needed. He even took the time to send me a video of the car and gather quotes to make the process quick and efficient.
Megan, another member of the team, assisted me in finalizing the purchase and handling all the necessary paperwork. She was incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Additionally, she took me on a test drive of the car, allowing me to experience its features firsthand.
I was impressed by the entire team at Audi Temecula. They were all down-to-earth individuals who genuinely cared about providing a positive experience for their customers. They patiently answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
