Awesome work and really reasonable pricing. The best part is you don't have to deal with 10 different people, you get a dedicated point of contact (think like a Service Writer) that walks you through the whole repair process. They also keep you up to date with auto texts which is nice. All in all it's a pretty smooth process!

Excellent customer service! My daughter ran over a curb damaging the skid plate or engine protection plate. I called & got a person immediately, booked the estimate the next morning, had the part ordered, and it was installed to perfection within in a week. Not to mention there was a weekend involved. Everyone I spoke to was professional and kind. On top of all of that, they saved me $100 by using an existing piece and not installing a new part that was ordered. Auto Center Auto Body of Temecula turned a bad experience with the dealership into a pleasant experience.

Great staff and great work coming from Auto Center! Their staff is friendly and informative. They give thorough updates via text and call if any issues arise. I would definitely recommend Auto Center to any one looking for a reliable auto body shop!

Where do I begin? What a nightmare! My suv was brought in for bumper damage. The staff is friendly enough, Laurie at the front desk is friendly and accommodating, I did have communication issues with her which may have been attributed to technical glitches but she was kind and made calls on my behalf for rides to and from the car rental shop. The text and portal features are a nice touch but only if they work as they should. While texts and the portal did not identify my vehicle as being completed I decided to stop by and check on the status since I live far from civilization and was in town. I was told a call was placed to me and a voicemail was left, nope, no phone call and no voicemail were received. I refused the repair since all of the damage was not repaired and the paint didn’t match. I was told I would have to wait 4 more days for the estimator to return to work to approve the repair. I was without my vehicle for 11 days. When I came back to retrieve my car Danny himself told me the painter was mad because he had to do further work on my car… boo hoo, that’s your job, if he did it thoroughly the first time he wouldn’t have had to do it again. The car looked good upon visual inspection of my front end (where the damage was). I signed documents with a final total billed to insurance. I went out to my car and started it up and was met with an insanely loud squealing coming from my car that was not present when it was driven in. I just got the hell out of there. I was not allowing this shop to touch my car again. I got it home and immediately noticed smudge marks from dirty hands just under the hatch door handle. Upon inspection I noted one of the defroster cables was ripped from my back window… disgruntled painter, perhaps? Then I noticed there were obvious paint spray marks just randomly splotched on my door protector panel. I emailed Danny immediately to notify him and have heard nothing back. I had to immediately take my suv in to the mechanic to address the squealing and $500 later for a water pump it is back to driving as it did before I drove it into this joke of a shop. Coincidence? Perhaps, but when I already see signs of retaliation by employees because they are held to a standard of doing their jobs my mind tends to wander. Also, when the mechanic was making the repair he was pulling tape that the shop left behind off my car right in front of my face. Danny is nice enough and so is Laurie but when the quality of work is subpar and the techs damage your car more than they repair it this place is a no go for me. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Oh, and I also checked the portal this morning and saw that the final bill sent to insurance was $300 higher than the final statement I signed off on.

This shop was extremely professional and accommodating. They actually give you a ride to get a rental car after dropping off your vehicle.

Update: recently my driver side headlight went out and when replacing this bulb, it was discovered that the bulb is different than passenger bulb and high beam bulbs. The passenger and high beams were replaced previously with led bulbs that were the same size fitment as the OE bulbs so that the dust caps did not have to be modified. Yes, the different driver side bulb is a led, but the shop cut the OE dust cap to make the bulb fit. I was never informed of this and now I have to buy new dust caps as well. I was never informed of this and when I called to inquire of course nobody has any knowledge of this and state that they would never do anything of the sort. Pictures of the cut dust cap and different bulbs attached. The original bulbs installed are the lighter color and smaller bulbs to replicate the OE bulb size.Communication is almost non existent and when my vehicle was finally returned they had replaced the needed parts with ones that did not match the vehicle and the repaired and painted bumper started to chip. When I called in to inquire as to why the replaced parts did not match the vehicle they tried giving some BS response that they tried calling or the parts are not avail even because the vehicles age. My truck was only a few years old at this time and when I called a few dealerships and other body shops they were able to find OEM replacements that did match. When I went back in for the chipping paint they said they would have to charge me to repaint the entire bumper, and when I asked why when they informed me of a lifetime warranty on all parts and labor they said because I must have hit something because that's what they think it looked like.My father in law had the same issues recently when he used this same faculty for repairs after an accident.I would not recommend this establishment for any repairs. I have still not received a response for the mismatched part on my vehicle.

My car went in to get fixed and came out better then when I bought it out of the dealership. Big shout out to Christian and mike for working and doing such an amazing job on my car! Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Absolutely in love with my car again. Definitely go to this place they will take care of you! Christian will make a sure it all happens the right way! Auto Center Auto Body did such an amazing job repairing my RAV4! I backed into a tree and did a real number on the rear end and I couldn't believe what a fantastic job they did! I made sure to take down everyone's name and their role for this review:Mike, the estimator, did a great job of keeping me informed and updated throughout the entire process. Laurie, the receptionist, was extremely helpful in mitigating the insurance questions and paperwork for me and was so kind! I would also like to thank the body man, Cesar, for all of the body work he did, and Felix did an amazing job color matching. The detailing team really went all out and left my car looking and smelling brand new.
