Update: recently my driver side headlight went out and when replacing this bulb, it was discovered that the bulb is different than passenger bulb and high beam bulbs. The passenger and high beams were replaced previously with led bulbs that were the same size fitment as the OE bulbs so that the dust caps did not have to be modified. Yes, the different driver side bulb is a led, but the shop cut the OE dust cap to make the bulb fit. I was never informed of this and now I have to buy new dust caps as well. I was never informed of this and when I called to inquire of course nobody has any knowledge of this and state that they would never do anything of the sort. Pictures of the cut dust cap and different bulbs attached. The original bulbs installed are the lighter color and smaller bulbs to replicate the OE bulb size.Communication is almost non existent and when my vehicle was finally returned they had replaced the needed parts with ones that did not match the vehicle and the repaired and painted bumper started to chip. When I called in to inquire as to why the replaced parts did not match the vehicle they tried giving some BS response that they tried calling or the parts are not avail even because the vehicles age. My truck was only a few years old at this time and when I called a few dealerships and other body shops they were able to find OEM replacements that did match. When I went back in for the chipping paint they said they would have to charge me to repaint the entire bumper, and when I asked why when they informed me of a lifetime warranty on all parts and labor they said because I must have hit something because that's what they think it looked like.My father in law had the same issues recently when he used this same faculty for repairs after an accident.I would not recommend this establishment for any repairs. I have still not received a response for the mismatched part on my vehicle.

My car went in to get fixed and came out better then when I bought it out of the dealership. Big shout out to Christian and mike for working and doing such an amazing job on my car! Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Absolutely in love with my car again. Definitely go to this place they will take care of you! Christian will make a sure it all happens the right way! If you are looking for a place that is reliable and will make your car is 100 again go here! Thank you so much to the team that made my car brand new!

Auto Center Auto Body did such an amazing job repairing my RAV4! I backed into a tree and did a real number on the rear end and I couldn't believe what a fantastic job they did! I made sure to take down everyone's name and their role for this review:Mike, the estimator, did a great job of keeping me informed and updated throughout the entire process. Laurie, the receptionist, was extremely helpful in mitigating the insurance questions and paperwork for me and was so kind! I would also like to thank the body man, Cesar, for all of the body work he did, and Felix did an amazing job color matching. The detailing team really went all out and left my car looking and smelling brand new. The worst experience that ever had. I gave my Honda Passport to repair. The work included replacement of the rear bumper and fixing the tailgate.First day after checking the work found out they have tried to fix the bumper and it was a mess. I had to go to a different place to have the bumper replaced.In 5 months after that I was trying to sell my car and found out that the paint on the tailgate (where they had done the work) is completely different from the body, they had screwed up that too. I was forced to reduce the price for almost $1000.

My daughters car was in a small fender bender and our car insurance had us go to auto center auto body. From start to finish, they were professional…phenomenal work and excellent communication. Had to get our entire odyssey door replaced and they did a fantastic job getting us our car back after 8 days. They were communicative, and made sure I knew when the car would be done/updates via texts. When we picked the car up we noticed it had been completely cleaned and they did an awesome job cleaning out/wiping down the interior. Our insurance company recommended this place for repairs through geico, I'm glad we came here. Would recommend.

Because of this places lack of professionalism, I look unprofessional when I keep pushing back dates with employers because the expected date for pickup of my car keeps getting pushed back. I was first told the 10th of June. Then I was told the 23rd of June. Then I was told the 30th of June. On the 30th I asked what time to pick up the car and was told around 4pm. Around 11pm I was told because of a family emergency I will have my car on the 1st. I was told If not the first they will pay for a rental. A rental is what should have been recommended sooner. Had it not, I would have saved money on ordering groceries to my house for a month, meet with employers as well lose any job opportunities, which I did. The weather is predicted better than this. What blows my mind even more is on the 1st of June I was told I’d have my car on the 5th (which is when I finally got my car) I did have to go back in so they could finish it with a code Eric part that came late. Now I know where not to go after this experience.
