I Made sure I did this for Andy, The store manager. Andy is a Spectacular human being! Headlight bulb replacement for an Avalon. He instructed me in the aisle where to get it. I suck at cars. He did not hesitate to roll up his sleeves and installed it for me. You guys do this everyday. For the rest of us whom are incapable of doing such task. I thank you, also on behalf of the that didn't convey how Grateful we are. Andy was so helpful and he got me in and out quick when i needed wiper blades. My vehicle had a weird attachment for the wiper blades so it would have took me a long time to figure it out in the rain. Thank you, Andy.

Outstanding patience with unruly customers!!! I was in line a couple weeks ago while it was pouring rain out just to grab a new headlight bulb. While waiting this man drove up way too fast almost hitting other cars in the parking lot and honking at parked cars he then parked in a red zone, and blew by the the whole line like we all weren’t waiting and straight up to the worker at the counter demanding service. The worker immediately tended to the man after getting a nod from the woman that was next in line. As the worker was helping, the man began making racist remarks about the white and black workers at the store. He demanded that the employee install the part he was buying however all the other employees were already out assisting customers IN THE RAIN! Soon another worker entered from outside and was almost immediately approached by the guy. The worker then walked and grabbed the part he needed and the man had the nerve to snatch it from the employee’s hand aggressively and stormed out of the store cursing in front of two small children also in line and took off hopefully to never be seen again by civilized people. I have no idea what the workers are being paid but it is not enough if that is the kind of scum they have to deal with. 10/10 to the workers outside and top marks as well to the two employees that had to deal with that animal. 0/10 to the racist man(if you can call him that) who verbally abused those hard working Americans!

On Thursday, February 8, 2024Subject: Disappointing Customer Service ExperienceDear Store owner,I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the customer service experience I encountered at your store earlier today. I visited your store to purchase windshield wipers for my car and was appalled by the unprofessionalism and lack of assistance provided by your staff.Upon arriving at the store, I was assisted by a female employee wearing a beanie. She initially appeared helpful as she collected the necessary information about my car to identify the correct size of wiper blades. I specifically asked if installation services were available, to which she confirmed. Consequently, I proceeded with the purchase.To my dismay, after the transaction was completed, she informed me that she would be outside within a few minutes to install the wiper blades. However, she continuously neglected to fulfill her promise and served other customers instead, ignoring my presence and increasing my frustration. Despite patiently waiting for an extended period, she prioritized assisting new customers entering the store, disregarding her initial commitment.After witnessing this disheartening behavior for 3 to 4 customers, I approached another employee, also wearing a beanie, whom I believed to be the manager. I kindly requested the wiper blades without installation assistance, as I had lost confidence in the service provided. Regrettably, this individual was not only dismissive but also rude, failing to acknowledge my inconvenience or apologize for the prolonged wait.He swiftly handed me the blades, leaving me dissatisfied with the entire encounter. Furthermore, I felt compelled to mention that the wiper blades I initially purchased from your store were the wrong size. The subsequent visit to another AutoZone location confirmed this, as they not only exchanged the incorrect ones but also installed the correct set promptly and efficiently.It is disheartening to witness such poor customer service and inadequate attention to customer needs within your establishment. The overall attitude displayed by your staff suggests a disregard for customer satisfaction, which is concerning for any business striving for success. I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and address the issues I encountered. Customer service is an integral part of any successful enterprise, and it is crucial to ensure that each customer receives prompt and satisfactory assistance. I’m so excited to leave this review for these two Gentleman that out my light bulbs into my headlights . I went to 4 different stores on Sunday 11/13/23 no one could do the task . I went to this auto on Margarita and Winchester into gentleman again, I say, Andy and Joe came right out here to my vehicle and pop those bulbs in each one of my headlights. In less than five minutes these guys deserve a raise. Extra lunch because they know the job so many of these places now you go to people work in there and they don’t know how to do the task, but these gentlemen are very smart and not only are they smart they were very nice excellent customer service . Do an appreciation day for the employees at this store . Thank you again Andy Garcia and Joe .
