Came by with my kids today and was treated like a total inconvenience. Planned on shopping the candle sale but decided to leave after Lisa was so rude. I’ll buy my candles elsewhere.
Apparently the old women working here forgot what it’s like to have young children. My kids were well behaved but excited to smell and try out the lotions. Isn’t that what the testers are for?
I won’t be back.

I'm very upset that you all have discontinued one of my very favorite fragrances. Love always wins was the absolute best fragrance. Please please bring it back

Wow! So I had damaged candle and went to the store and asked to exchange into exactly the same one that is not damaged ( haven’t returned anything in 10 years) and Vannesa was extremely rude, told me I scraped my candle( I am almost 50 I don’t do stuff like that) made me feel stupid and said she is not going to exchange. Made me feel stupid in front of my teenage daughter and her friend. Thanks a million ❤️ Vanessa. ( as well made me feel like I didn’t speak English probably because of my accent) spoke to me like I am an Idiot!

Love Bath and Body Works but some of the employees at this location are unprofessional and borderline rude. The young gals that work there are so nice and helpful, as is the gentleman- the older ladies need to take notes from them. Worth the drive to go to the Mall or other location.
