Walked into bicycle warehouse in Temecula and was met by Ray who helped me choose a bike that was perfect for me. This shop has a great selection and a knowledgeable staff that were most helpful.Ray took his time to find out what bike was the right bike for me. Best selection around. When I questioned whether the bike would fit in my car Ray said “no problem” I can drop it off on my way home. Great customer service!

We have been looking for an e-bike for a bit now as we have been wanting something to ride around town with our 4 and 1 year olds. They love to ride with their dad. We also wanted something that we could use for daily commutes for school pick ups and drop offs for our girls. Jon Lawson hooked us up with the Aventon Abound. We had been looking at this bike online and lucked out that they had one in store ready to go. The bike really speaks for itself but what really set it apart from the other bike we were looking at was the exceptional customer service provided. Jon was knowledgeable, patient, and so friendly. We brought our two little ones with us and not one person made us feel unwelcome with them running around touching everything and being typical toddlers. If anything we felt invited to bring them again and like all families were accepted here. You aren’t just paying for a quality bike, but quality service! I would recommend them again and again. Wonderful business all around!

No pressure to buy he was happy to just be of service.

I rarely leave “reviews” for I fully understand the impact they may have on a business. With that being said, Bicycle warehouse fully deserves this 5 star rating. When searching for a Cargo E-bike we decided to call and they had the Aventon Abound ready to go. Jon who sold us the bike was kind and patient. My wife and I brought our toddlers with us. We never once felt not welcome and every one was helpful and patient. Now we never pull the trigger on a big purchase right of the bat. To be honest I expected to walk out more informed and without making a purchase. However, there was no reason to wait. Jon took his time with us and we felt very comfortable with our buy. I recommend Bicycle Warehouse fully for any biking needs.

Ryan provided exceptional service when I purchased my bike from him. I found the best deal available anywhere, and he spent an hour fine-tuning it for me upon pickup. He also went above and beyond by following up with helpful videos for beginners. I'm thrilled with the service I received and am glad I chose to make the hour drive to his shop instead of going to a store closer to home.

Purchased a bike for our son last year from Jon. It sat in our garage all year, and when we brought it out it had a flat tire, and the chain was loose. Brought it in expecting to have to leave it and pay a bunch of money to get it tuned up. Jon greeted me at the door, listened to the situation, and took it in the back. Fixed it with a smile, and got me out of there in under 20 minutes, for nothing but a handshake. Definetly coming back for future business.
