I love Big Future! A friend’s child attended this school several years ago and highly recommended the school. The school was very safe and although there was a lock code, everyone was very professional and there seemed to be no problems. Recently, I noticed there were additional doors coded and the codes change periodically. I was impressed at the lengths the school went to, ensuring the children are always safe. My grandson started going to the school when he was 3 years old and not he’s 4. When he started, he was not potty trained, had speech delay and did not know how to share as he is an only child. Not only was he potty trained within months, his speech has improved 70%, he now understands sharing, waiting his turn, has learned a lot of advanced things in school that will have him well prepared for kindergarten. He has also developed long term friendships with classmates and other parents. I also love the fact that it is a STEM based school (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). They learn to read and write, do science projects and learn technology. I couldn’t have asked for a better learning environment and experience for my grandson. I have learned the benefits of children growing up going to STEM based schools. I wish I could give 10 stars for Ms. Greta, Ms. Iesha, Ms. Katie, Ms. Yanette and all the Big Future staff❤️

Big Future Preschool – A Deeply Disappointing Experience
It is with great frustration that I write this review. As a parent, I expected professionalism, neutrality, and respect from Big Future Preschool (BFP) in managing sensitive family matters. Instead, my experience with the administration, particularly the director, Gretta Waldon, and the owner, Scott Pearson, has been profoundly disappointing.
Unprofessional Handling of Confidential Matters
I approached BFP with lawful, reasonable requests to access my child’s educational records, as granted by court order. Despite emphasizing the need for confidentiality, the director chose to disclose my private communications to my child’s mother, creating unnecessary complications in an already difficult custody situation. This breach of confidentiality was deeply unprofessional and demonstrated poor judgment.
False and Unsupported Allegations
BFP later submitted statements to the court containing unfounded claims that I had created a hostile environment and intimidated staff—accusations that I categorically deny. My limited interactions with BFP have always been respectful and professional. When I requested evidence to support these allegations, such as surveillance footage or incident reports, my requests were ignored. This lack of transparency raises serious concerns about their accountability and integrity.
Retaliatory Actions Against My Child
Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, BFP abruptly removed my child from their program. This decision was communicated through an email sent to my child’s mother, citing baseless claims that I had issued threats or engaged in defamation. My child was not given an opportunity to say goodbye to his friends or teachers, which I found deeply unfair and emotionally harmful. Punishing a child due to administrative discomfort with a parent’s lawful actions is unacceptable.
Dismissive and Threatening Responses
When I sought to escalate my concerns to the owner, Scott Pearson, I hoped for constructive dialogue and resolution. Instead, my requests for a phone conversation were dismissed outright, with responses labeling my inquiries as harassment. As a parent seeking clarity and accountability, I found this response both inappropriate and unprofessional.
A Warning to Other Parents
In my experience, Big Future Preschool has demonstrated a concerning lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for families navigating complex situations. If you value transparency, ethical conduct, and a supportive environment for your child, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
This review is based entirely on my personal experiences, which I am prepared to substantiate with documentation. I share this to inform other parents of what they may encounter when dealing with Big Future Preschool.

Big Future has played a significant role in my daughter’s growth over the past year and a half. The teachers are incredibly attentive and patient, showing genuine care for the children—it’s clear this is more than just a job to them. My daughter was fortunate to have Ms. Kendra and Ms. Emmy as her amazing teachers, and she learned so much that has prepared her well for kindergarten. I’m truly grateful to Ms. Gretta and the entire school for being such a valuable investment in my daughter’s future.

I had the most wonderful experience with Big Future Preschool. It's a place where I felt completely secure and confident leaving my little girl. I'm incredibly grateful to the dedicated staff members, including Shinya, Stephani, Courtney, Mayra, and Doris, for the exceptional care they provided. What stands out about Big Future is the excellent environment it offers for children to learn and thrive. The school is consistently clean, well-organized, and creates a fantastic atmosphere for young learners. In summary, I can't recommend Big Future Preschool enough. It's a place where your child's well-being, growth, and happiness are top priorities. Thank you, Big Future, for making such a positive impact on my child's early years!

All of the teachers here are amazing! They know the children's name after only a few weeks. The teachers seem to really enjoy their work and it shows. The transition my daughter made from another program went very smooth thanks to the lovely staff here! I want to personally say that teacher Alyssa and Britney in the preK room have done amazing with assisting in teaching my daughter and really have nurtured her during her transition. My daughter loves to sit and write and always comes home telling us something new she has learned.

If you’re looking for your child to go to school with a family feel, Big Future Preschool is it! Our son started during COVID at 2yrs old. He is now 4.5yrs old and heading into their TK program. Our daughter started at 4mths old in 2022 in their infant program, and is almost two heading into their preschool program. ALL of their teachers are amazing with very low turnover, which means teachers love working at BF too! The Director, Ms. Gretta, is always reachable by phone and email. She is very hands on and makes it a point to get to know you and your family! The teachers share constant updates, they don’t hesitate with reaching out with any questions, and give great feedback! BF offers a family loving atmosphere with cultural diversity and every month is a different theme with a concentration on an artist and author. Our son and daughter truly love going to school at BF! Especially around the holidays, they make ALL Holidays even more special, and I think the teachers enjoy it just as much as the kids do which means a lot! I could not say enough nice things about BF, we did try Childtime and ABC, and there is no comparison! BF is better especially when it comes to child/teacher ratio, classroom consistency, and teacher turnover! BF provides the comfort and reassurance a parent needs when dropping off their child and knowing their child is being loved and cared for as if they were being taken care of by a family member. It definitely helps with the parent guilt too! We have referred friends/neighbors here and they love it too. Even if there is a wait list for certain ages, it’s not an arbitrary list, and is worth getting on! Lastly, the school is kept extremely clean and sanitized daily due to Ms. Maria, thanks to her for keeping the kids health safety a priority too! Special shout out to - Ms. Reina, Ms. Yanin, Ms. Stephanie, Ms. Shinya, Ms. Courtney, Ms. Alyssa, Ms. Ana, Ms. Elena, Ms. Kendra, Ms. Nacole, Ms. Iesha, Ms. Kelly, Ms. Abby, and Ms. Makynna. Thanks for ALL you do!

Very disappointed. We looked into this preschool Fall of 2021, was told beginning of the 2022 year there would be openings. I called February of 2022, was told no openings and there should be some come august when kids moved up. Never heard back, never received a call back.Response to owners response, did this effect emails too? I had email communication asking to be placed on the waitlist, so did you lose that as well? Because after I requested to be placed on the waitlist I never received a reply either. Overall communication was not a strong suit.

This school is the best daycare/preschool in Temecula! All of the staff know my child's name, and his temperament. They all love him and say hi and bye to him. He cries every morning from separation anxiety and every morning I am reassured that he is smiling 2 minutes after I am gone. Today I felt like a failure and several staff members listened to me and told me how much they love my son. I can't recommend it enough

I rarely write reviews, but this preschool is definitely worth it. noticed this school had great reviews. We went on a tour and this school is VERY CLEAN, the teachers take pride in their classroom. The kids and teachers look happy and seem to enjoy their job. They are constantly cleaning and they follow the cdc guidelines Mrs. Kendra is amazing and truthfully all the teachers are so nice and pleasant! Now, let's talk about the aesthetic of the school... it's so open and airy! Clean and organized. The classroom are UNCLUTTERED. The entire place changes decor accordingly to the seasons and holidays... We are so happy and most importantly My son loves this school!

I REALLY wanted to like this preschool but had to pull my child out due to a major safety violation that I witnessed first hand. There was a situation where a teacher was not monitoring the drop off/pick up gate so any person could have come by and: 1. Kidnapped my kid or;2. Kidnapped someone else's kid or multiple kids as there were a handful of kids sitting less than 3 ft from the gate, and/or; 3. Any child could have ran past the gate and gotten hit by a car. It's important to note that the gate is a short thin wooden board that is not attached to anything and easily removed by little hands and that this preschool is located in a busy shopping center. I notified the preschool Director and she promised to speak with staff and reinforce higher safety standards. The director did a great job listening to me and understanding my concerns but my trust is already broken and sadly we will not be returning to BFP. Like many other posts have noted how happy their kids are going to this preschool, my child was happy going here too, but I just cannot get the image out of my head of how easy it would be for someone to snatch my kid and/or for my child to get hit by a car because nobody was watching the gate. I understand a 12:1 student to teacher ratio makes it difficult for teachers to monitor all the students at all times but it is unacceptable as a parent to see this level of safety negligence. I hate to leave this review but it is important for parents to know.

Back in August of 2020, I called Ms. Gretta looking for a new childcare for my son when he was 18mo, (now almost three), where he was attending wasn't working out for us and we needed somewhere new. Ms. Gretta was and has been so incredibly kind from the start, she always greets you when you come in and leave, assists with any questions or concerns, and always finds a way to accommodate anything you need. When speaking with and meeting with her I could already tell this was going to be the new preschool for my son, now over a year later and he's thriving with a special thanks to the wonderful staff. My son is in Ms. Jackie and Ms. Kelly's room and has made such wonderful progress in many areas! They are very caring and passionate with the children and my child talks about them non-stop! Ms. Jac is also a wonderful teacher and he loved being with her too :)My other child, who is almost three months attends here as well, with Ms. Reyna and Ms. Lilybeth, and they take such good care of him. He is always smiling and so happy with them. Ms. Reina and Ms. Andrea also have him at times and are wonderful and loving infant teachers. I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my baby with anyone other than those four!I would recommend this preschool to anyone looking for a new childcare!

Big Future Preschool is a place where fun and learning begin for your early learner! The school is always clean and bright, and the teachers here are kind and welcoming! This school gives your child the best opportunity to be kindergarten ready by focusing on math, science, reading, and writing in a fun and welcoming environment!
