The staff was very nice and the service was good. A very honest and they only want to sell you what your car needs. If you need tires they will tell you. If you need brakes they will let you know. If you need air filter they will show you it.

Gizmo and his team are awesome. I came in for a warranty tire rotation and inspection, but would consider this shop for other work based on my great experience. They also only recommended additional service based on real Toyota guidelines and did not pressure me.

I am always treated with kindness and they don't take advantage of a female not knowing car stuff. grateful to these guys who are always honest and caring. good people here. been here many times to get work done on all my cars. they are freindly and caring.

Great service and great prices. I came for 2 new tires and they were able to take me in and I was out after 1 hour. Very kind and knowledgeable staff. I’ll be coming back again :)

I had my oil changed a day earlier at Jiffy Lube. I asked to get my brakes checked. The manager told me I needed front and back breaks and possibly rotors for the front as well. I let him know I would think about it.Today I had an appointment with Socalstyle but was told I had to wait 2-3 hours. I didn't have the time and left. I stopped by Pep Boys and again was told I had to leave the car for 2-3 hours.On my way home I saw Big O tires and decided to stop in. I was greeted by Tony G., the assistant manager. I told home about my experience at J.L. and he said, "let's get your car up on the rack and have my mechanic check the breaks right now" Talk about fast service!I waited for about 15 minutes and Tony asked me to come out to my car so I could see for myself that all my brakes were still good! (WHAT!!!) With brake gages in hand, Tony showed me exactly where my brake wear was at and yes; there was plenty of pads left on all of them. He also noticed that my tires needed to be rotated, which was done at no charge!I also met the Gizmo (manager) and thanked him for his honest and trustworthy business practices. Super nice guy.Thank you Tony for your honesty, integrity and speedy service. Big O Tires have certainly gained my business.

Took my car because the check engine light was on . Apparently they put the window down when they fix the car and didn’t see that there was prior history of the window regulator not working properly and they ended up breaking my window and then wanted to charge me for replacing it or just leave it without the window. In the end I told them since they broke something that I wasn’t even getting repaired in the first place that they had the responsibility to replace it. So my car had to stay there longer ,They replaced it the window but is no longer able to go down at this point I took my car and after driving back home the check engine light came back on. I don’t trust this place anymore so I went to AutoZone to get the free check and found out the problem and bought all the stuff and replaced it myself and no more check engine lights and less money. Honestly I’m just going to do this from now on since I do a better job than these mechanics for a bit even big job they couldn’t fix and ended up damaging my car window regulator further.

Needed some maintenance service done to one of our cars and after some research decided on Big O Tires. Made the appointment online and the process was seamless. Had the oil and filter changed, air filter and cabin filter changed as well as all 4 tires rotated. The cost for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation was 69.99 and the filters ran 65.00 installed. This was a very good price based on my research. The person who helped me was the manager Gizmo Seevers. Gizmo is not the movie character from the Gremlins but instead a very helpful and well organized manager of the store. Gizmo had our car done in less than 1 hour. He also retained the air filters so that I can see the service was much needed. I am looking for someone I can trust to service our vehicles and I believe we have found that in Gizmo and Big O Tires. They earned my 5 star review.
