Love love this store especially all the anime, Disney, hello kitty, star wars merchandise. Upon entering the store, my husband and I were both welcomed and told us about the deals and savings. All the workers were all helpful and especially the lady with blue hair. I forgot her name but she was able to check if I had any savings or box lunch money that I can use. And I did, I was to use all the discount they had and bought several items. Will definitely always go to this store. Excellent service, even the cashier was very friendly and even told me about the tags are biodegradable to reused for planting....very informative 🙂

We had an amazing experience! My boyfriend and I were struggling to find a shirt in his size and but with the help of Jesse, Jacie, and Bianca we were able to find it! I appreciate their willingness to help and the time they took to make sure everything was situated. Incredible customer service! 5 stars to each of them!

Such a great store to bring your kids and friends. Anime and cartoon store. My 6 year old niece, 9 year old niece, 11 year old nephew, 24 year old son, and 32 year old friend all love this place. It has something for everyone.

I love going to BoxLunch! Today I was helped by Emily and she was so welcoming and friendly! She helped me decide between a Loki backpack and a Pokemon purse. I went for the purse and I’m so glad I did! This is new merch they just got in stock and it’s super cute! Thank you, Emily for your excellent customer service! Please continue on the good work!
