Called for same day car rental assistance. I (realizing now) seemed like I’d never rented before. They tried to play me thinking I was a newbie and had “only few options renting anywhere, since I was same day renting”.
Also she was not personable. Can tell didn’t care about genuine questions.

Booked a car 2 days in advance. Showed up to pick up, waited 10 minutes while person in front of me rented a car (which was fine). When it was my turn next, the women working asked what I wanted. Told her I had a reservation, she asked for my name, I gave it to her, she checks her list then informs me they have no more available cars. I asked how that can be since I had made a reservation. Was told she was sorry but she has nothing. Blamed it on the fact that it was ComicCon weekend (an event over an hours drive away). Offered no other solution, didn't seem to care that I am now stuck without the car I needed for weekend travel, despite my advance reservation. She offered to call 2 airport locations (more than an hour away, and 15 minutes before closing time) to see if they had any cars, or suggested I come back in the morning and see "if" they have any cars available. Total lack of basic customer service or accountability for taking reservations, but not having cars available. Viewed the situation as my problem, not theirs. Will not ever rent cars from this place again.

I got a great deal here. My car broke down needed a new engine. Daisy really looks out for her customers and made it very easy! I highly recommend!

This place is awful. Rented a truck and they put a 400 loss of waiver charge on it, called immediately to have it removed. She said we would do it when we dropped it off. Went to go drop it off and Daisy didn’t show me the receipt as they “email it” and saw that the 400 was still on. Then they charge a completely different amount than my receipt but won’t show me the receipt they have and said that the 400 loss waiver difference isn’t in the receipt but the extra 4 days ended up almost double the original rental price, so now I’m out over 800 dollars with no breakdown to what the cost even is. What a joke this place is and budget is terrible for disputing. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

Staff of one and she blew my mind (this afternoon)! I hope she gets paid triple the usual, for being so good at allll she has to do. She's literally doing the job of 3 people AND she's smiling and joking and making me laugh my head off. If you need someone Awesome to run your company, she's the super-human one! Also, the car was great and easy to hire on short notice. Very grateful.

This place sucks rented a car for an important event and was given a car that was making a lot of noise. We tried calling but got no answer so we went back. When we brought the car back and explained its making a noise the lady looked at us and said are you sure like 3x obviously IM SURE! Then she made a comment “that’s weird it’s rented out for the last few months with no issues” THATS NOT MY PROBLEM! Almost like she was insinuating we ruined the car! After explaining she said there was nothing she can do but void it! No other cars can’t call anyone no help what so ever!!!! Stay away from this place! Oh and I was still charged $67 for who knows what I’ll find out in the morning when I dispute it!!!

Should be a 0. Will never use this company again. Reserved a van to move my daughter to Boston for school. Called and spoke to representatives 3 times and went into the office on Jefferson to see the vehicle 2 days prior and not once did they tell me they could not get the van i reserved. The evening before I am supposed to pick up I finally get them to answer the phone only to tell me someone should have told me they can't get that vehicle. I was left with no way of getting my daughter's items to her new home near college. They could care less. Super frustrating and stressful

Appalling service from Daisy Biondi on 02/02/2022. Car was filthy inside and out. No walk through of the car was done. There was no navigation system which we had reserved and paid for. When we went back into the Avis store to speak to Daisy about this, she decided that a personal call was more important than sorting this issue for us. She continued on her personal call for 45 minutes keeping us waiting despite her assistant trying to get her to attend to us. At this point I had now missed being able to get to my meeting and so needed to cancel the reservation due to Daisy's delay. Eventually when she came off her call I asked her to cancel the reservation and for the cost of the reservation to be returned. Daisy's answer was for me to call "reservations" and tell them that I had failed my credit check. Not only would this be significantly bad for my credit rating but this is illegal and a misrepresentation.Daisy has no place in a customer facing business and her service (or lack of it) is the worst I have ever experienced. Furthermore, Daisy and her assistant were not wearing masks-again no concern for protecting their customers during covid-19. For future customers of Avis and Budget, take this as a warning, never to do business with Avis and Budget in Temecula. Sadly we had not read other reviews and these highlight the same atrocious service from Daisy.
