Should be a 0. Will never use this company again. Reserved a van to move my daughter to Boston for school. Called and spoke to representatives 3 times and went into the office on Jefferson to see the vehicle 2 days prior and not once did they tell me they could not get the van i reserved. The evening before I am supposed to pick up I finally get them to answer the phone only to tell me someone should have told me they can't get that vehicle. I was left with no way of getting my daughter's items to her new home near college. They could care less. Super frustrating and stressful

Appalling service from Daisy Biondi on 02/02/2022. Car was filthy inside and out. No walk through of the car was done. There was no navigation system which we had reserved and paid for. When we went back into the Avis store to speak to Daisy about this, she decided that a personal call was more important than sorting this issue for us. She continued on her personal call for 45 minutes keeping us waiting despite her assistant trying to get her to attend to us. At this point I had now missed being able to get to my meeting and so needed to cancel the reservation due to Daisy's delay. Eventually when she came off her call I asked her to cancel the reservation and for the cost of the reservation to be returned. Daisy's answer was for me to call "reservations" and tell them that I had failed my credit check. Not only would this be significantly bad for my credit rating but this is illegal and a misrepresentation.Daisy has no place in a customer facing business and her service (or lack of it) is the worst I have ever experienced. Furthermore, Daisy and her assistant were not wearing masks-again no concern for protecting their customers during covid-19. For future customers of Avis and Budget, take this as a warning, never to do business with Avis and Budget in Temecula. Sadly we had not read other reviews and these highlight the same atrocious service from Daisy.

You better bring the rental back carwash clean or they will charge an additional $20 for cleaning UNLIKE Enterprise who from working with them expect the car to need cleaning after rental but do not require the customer to do it. Even though i came back and took the car to a carwash... I found a $20 charge added that now i have to call about and find out why. They are impossible to get on the phone.

Awesome service super nice and helpful staff at this location!Was able to get a car same day from Avis/Budget when I couldn't get one from Enterprise, four days in a row and Enterprise still couldn't produce a car from three different locations.

Terrible experience!!!! Steer clear of budget rental. Customer service is ridiculous. I was supposed to return a car at 2pm but the return location closed at 2pm and nobody bothered to inform me. Instead when I went to rerun the car I was charged an extra $50 for an extension! Really!!!! On top of that when I did the return the car the next day, I was charged another $16 because the fuel tank was not quite at the full mark. Another, really!!!! How ridiculous can they be?

This place is dirty and smelly. I saw the employee had to ligtht fragnace candle. All carpets are very dirty. I am happy with the rental and emplyee service.

The women who answered the phone was extremely rude and then proceeded to say F*** you and hung up on me. All I asked for was to speak with someone because of how rude she was being. She is supposed to be the manager for this location.
