Had a great service experience yesterday when I went looking for the digital Wi-Fi thermostat how helpful they were. They even gave me a break and a discount on the price. I will definitely be back to look at other accessories.

My wife and I met Dan at Bull Grill & Spas at one of the local home shows. He walked us through all the outdoor bar/kitchen designs they offered that were within our space constraints. The process was seamless and he answered all our questions throughout the order process. A+Once we went into production I thought the communication with Bull Grill & Spas wasn't as great as they're weren't particularly responsive to emails and it was hard to get in contact with the people we needed to sometimes as they use a central phone number. That said, the lady that answers the phone (apologies, I can't remember your name) is very professional, helpful, and passes on your messages quickly and efficiently. We mostly worked with Mike during the production phase and although very busy he was great. The best was built and delivered roughly 1 month ahead of schedule.Delivery day came and the install went mostly perfectly. There were a few very minor issues that Mike personally took care of for us. Easy and drama-free. At the end of the day we love the bar and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. It completely changed our backyard for the better and we use it every day. If you're in the market for an outdoor bar I couldn't recommend Bull Grill & Spas highly enough.

With all the grills out there, Bull is awesome. After 11 years, a switch went out and they had parts. In addition, I upgraded the grill with modern flanges and three other switches. Lastly, bought new turn knobs to make it look new. The best part is the Bull warranty. They warranties the cast iron (discontinued) grates and provided SST.

I just bought a Riviera hot tub and am very happy. Dan Reagan was extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. This has been one of the best buying experiences that I've had. I will be back to get all of my spa supplies from Dan. Highly recommended.

After shopping around all day (and doing a ton of research along the way) for a new Spa, our last stop was Bull Grills & Spas in Temecula. We were met with Rigo who walked us around and showed us all they had to offer. They had much better built spa's at around the same prices of all the other guys. So after some talking, we picked one out and signed some papers.Delivery day!!! Two weeks later Roger (and team) showed up with our new spa! Roger and the guys were very professional, unloaded our new spa and put it right where we wanted it. They cleaned up all the trash and ran us through what chemicals to add to the spa once we fill it up, after the electric it connected. (hired an electrician) We called that next week to schedule our FREE orientation. 4 days later....Orientation day!!! Nash was awesome! He walked us through all the spa controls, what chemicals we needed, when to add them how to test the water....general maintenance and care! He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything before he left.So far so good! I haven't had any issue with the team we worked with and would recommend when you go in to ask for Rigo & Thanks again to Roger (and his team) and Nash for all your help!

Failed to deliver the bbq on the promise date, did not communicate in a forthright fashion. I don't think this was an accident. Happy to sell and basically hope that the customer is okay when they fail to deliver as promise. Poor customer service at the Temecula location. Buyer beware, if its not in stock at the store you can not trust these sales persons information!

16 years ago we moved from San Diego to Menifee CA and purchased a BBQ Island from Bull BBQ in Temecula. We’ve had it professionally cleaned once in those 16 years. The burners, rotisserie and all components still perform to our satisfaction.In October 2020 we went back to Bull BBQ in search of Patio Furniture and met Frank Camarena and Rigo Anguiano. Without any high pressure sales pitch they answered our questions and made us feel welcome and comfortable.Bottom line: we end up not only purchasing Patio Furniture with table and fire pit but also a 500 Series Envie Spa!Thank you Frank and Rigo. Without the knowledge and customer service you provided it would have been difficult for us to move forward with our purchases.

I wanted to love this place. The sales man Dan was nice and easy to work with. My issue was communication from the management side of things and delivery. If I didn't call and follow up, I would have had no idea what was going on with delivery. We ordered our spa in May and were told it would arrive by September. When I called in August to get an update, I was told the delivery was delayed until January. I was very upset, and told them I would like my VERY LARGE downpayment back. They were magically able to move the delivery up, they told me it would be delivered by October. October came and went. It did arrive early November, which I am thankful for, but November is NOT October. I never got an apology, and Carmelo is clearly very sick of dealing with me. Eagle crane service was great on the day of delivery and so was Apollo Spa delivery service. However, when the spa arrived on of the corner panels was cracked and has a very large chunk missing and they did accidentally break a few tiles off of our BBQ. I noticed crack on spa right away and the team said they would come back that weekend and fix it. After they left I noticed the broken BBQ tiles. I called Carmelo to make him aware and as for them to fix it. His response was "Well normally any damage that happens is your responsibility to take care of, but since the crew was too dumb to tell you that, I guess we will take care of it..." Ummm this is how you talk about your crew? Well the weekend came and went, again to communication, and no one showed up to fix either issue. I followed up today, and they are supposed to come later this week. I know there are a lot of supply chain issues right now, and the delay might be our of their control, but it was all handled very poorly. No apology. No updates. No offer to make any of it right. The spa is nice though ;)

Full disclosure - I did not purchase a grill from Bull. Main reason was the lack of customer service. I won't name any names since I'm not out to get anyone in trouble. I just want to speak my piece as a warning for other potential customers. I spent about an hour and a half in the store (about three weeks ago). I had a lot of questions and was trying to make the right purchase to complete my backyard project. The interaction started off strong but after about 30 minutes I could tell the salesmen was annoyed by my questions and concerns. I have a brand new house and wanted the grille/kitchen to match as much as possible. Even after showing the salesman pics of my new home he continued to try and steer me toward more expensive units that A) weren't what I was looking for and B) didn't match the stucco and accents on my home.They only have a few in stock and there is some magical warehouse not far but never once did he offer to let me see what they had in the warehouse.Ultimately I decided not to purchase since they couldn't meet my needs and didn't seem to even want to try to meet my needs. Wasn't a hard sell or anything, just felt like he didn't care about what I was trying to accomplish and was only concerned about up-selling me as much as possible. Disappointing for sure because the actual grills looked nice.
