I love this gym. I’ve been there since 2021. It is a group setting style class they call camps. Like any gym look up the liability waivers and camp class times. Be early for a decent parking stall, as it is in a grocery store plaza and other restaurants.

This place is amazing! From the start your welcomed in with open arms. The workouts are 45 minutes but go fast! Are they hard? Yes. But a hard that pushes you every minute and you never regret going and getting it done!
