Caliber worked together with my car insurance and car rental to provide a stress free, seamless experience. They provided updates and even collected the rental when my car was ready. The body work is immaculate and my car is better than new. Highly recommend!

This is about customer service. Stopped by to get an estimate but they didn't want to see the car, they just wanted me to drop it off so they could immediately start repairs and bill the insurance company. I tried to explain that this was more of an interview to see if I trusted them with my repair. She insisted on me just dropping the car off and letting them repair it. So I have no idea what they would be looking for, what to recalibrate and what possible surprises could arise from such a collision. This interaction left me with zero confidence in their skills. As a customer I want to know what kind of company is handling my repair and if it's not in good hands, I will go somewhere else.

Caliber Collision repaired my car after an accident. They were very professional, frequently kept me up to date as to the status of the repair work and the repairs were completed 5 days before the original completion date which made me very happy! The repair was excellent.The car looks brand new! They took care of every detail to have the car restored to perfect condition. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision when you need them!!
