We hosted our family reunion Sunday brunch at CRC Ranch, and it could not have been more perfect! Melanie and her team were amazing—professional, attentive, and so easy to work with. The barn and grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Every vendor Melanie recommended was fantastic, and the entire day ran seamlessly. CRC Ranch is the perfect venue for any event—whether it’s a family gathering, wedding, or celebration of any kind. Highly recommend!

We recently held our nonprofit gala, The Heart of Hoofbeats, at California Ranch Company, and I can say without hesitation—it was absolutely amazing! Hoofbeats for Hope provides equine therapeutic programs, and we were looking for a venue that could match the heart and purpose of our mission. CRC exceeded every expectation.
The event coordination team was phenomenal—accommodating, supportive, and a true pleasure to work with from beginning to end. They made the planning process seamless and were there every step of the way to make sure no detail was overlooked.
And the food… was simply out of this world. Truly. We had countless guests tell us it was the best meal they’d ever had at an event—and they meant it. The food was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious.
The servers and bartenders were also top-notch: friendly, professional, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The entire evening flowed effortlessly, thanks to the incredible staff.
The venue itself is breathtaking—peaceful, expansive, and full of rustic elegance. It created the perfect backdrop for a night we will never forget.

10/10 Horse Camp with CRC Trails. Maria and her crew were absolutely amazing with my two children. My kiddos wanted to do all 5 days of camp and so glad they did. They came back little dirt balls, smiles on their faces, crafts in hand, new friends made, stories to tell, horse knowledge and appreciation and many memories made! They are still talking about and can’t wait for the next camp! Happy kids equals happy mama! Thank you!! 🙌

LARGE EQUESTRIAN FACILITY just down the road from wineries.
We were there for a three day barrel race. Saw a trail ride business on the property.
Appears to be an event facility, too.
Could use better signage for locating restrooms. Lots of people searching for the nearest restroom.

So beautiful! Maria went above and beyond and set up a table arrangement for my parents since I couldn’t be there to do it! Everything was so pretty and my parents had a great experience! Would definitely do it again!

Had an amazing time at the CRC! The sunset horseback riding was a great experience and Isaiah was a great guide. He gave us a lot of info about the area and saw some amazing views. He even advised us on where to go see and eat afterwards. 10/10 would recommend.

My 6 year old daughter just finished the horse camp there with Miss Maria and her crew and it was awesome! Yes, they learn to ride horses- but it’s so much more including gun safety and knowledge (bb guns). Highly recommend!

Aurelia and puppy Koda, were great trail guides, and the property was amazing! Because it was just me on that ride, we were able to chat quite a bit. She also took some great photos of me!

OMG, my Fiance and I had the most wonderful and beautiful trail ride ever. WE went in the morning with alittle fog still in the distant hills. Kept the temperatures low and moist. the view was incredible and ended up being one of the most ramantic things we have done. our trail Boss, Maria was crucial in setting this up and really made it memorable journey through the hills and vineyards surrounding the 70 acre ranch. we went for 90 min, and honestly could have stayed all day. great recommendation for a lunch at the Swing Cafe later. i believe it celebrated its 98th year. thank You Maria. mike

PERFECTION! Just had my daughter get married on 5/18/25. The staff at CRC Ranch Weddings can not be beat. The coordinator Tracey is on top of everything. She is your eyes and ears during the entire process. Her recommendations were so helpful. She was contacting all of our vendors confirming arrivals and making sure they were on top of it. Tracey drove the bride, groom and photographer all over the ranch to get amazing sunset and horse pics. This is the lady and team you want for your wedding! Gave this momma peace of mind and provided amazing memories for the bride and groom. Location- 5⭐️ Value-5⭐️ Tracey and staff-a bazillion ⭐️ Go check this place out! You won’t be disappointed !!

From the moment we first set eyes on CRC Ranch and the Villa, we knew it was special. The venue itself is a dream come true – elegant, classy, and boasting the most stunning views of the Temecula Valley that truly took our breath away. It was everything we had hoped for and more!
However, what truly elevated our experience to an unforgettable level was the incredible team, especially Tracey. When our initial venue fell through just one month before our wedding, we were in a complete panic. Finding CRC Ranch and meeting Tracey was like a miracle. From our very first meeting, Tracey's calm and capable demeanor immediately put all our worries at ease. You can just tell that she is a woman who gets things done, and she does it with such grace and expertise!
Tracey went above and beyond in every aspect of the planning and execution. Her recommendations for vendors were spot-on, and they all contributed to making our celebration so fun and seamless. She was always available, incredibly responsive, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. Thanks to Tracey and her amazing team, our wedding day was more magical than we ever imagined.
We honestly wish we could relive that night over and over again! We had the absolute best time, and a huge part of that is thanks to the stunning venue and the exceptional service we received. We wholeheartedly recommend CRC Ranch and the Villa to anyone looking for a wedding venue that offers not only breathtaking beauty but also a team that truly cares and delivers beyond expectations.
