Was talking to a tech in old town Temecula today around 4pm.. where I discovered this tech who worked for Central Security services in Temecula California on his phone watching Racist videos on his phone!!!! ...I soon asked this tech why are you watching these videos while in the company vechicle. This tech drove out of the parking lot at a high rate of speed when questioned on this embarrassing situation!! Very sad!!

Have been trying for over 40 minutes to reach an operation , if this was an emergency their would be no reason to even have a security service. Alarms where serviced and now have no service for our business and no one will call back and no voicemail is even set up to leave a voicemail....
