They deserve zero Stars. they will never answer the phone, and they will never let you leave a message, and they will never call you back even after emailing them multiple times. Extremely rude customer service I asked about a safety deposit box they said they didn't have time to help me with it when I was there in person when I asked if there was a manager available she told me that if I didn't like her service that I should change Banks maybe they realize that bank locations are dying and their jobs are disappearing but it's a depressed angry group with absolutely no customer service

I wanted to do a review only because I don't quite understand it and have never been treated like this before. This is at the Temecula Chase branch for a woman named Patty Ferreira. She is a super nice person up front, however, when doing business with her she fails to call you back. She doesn't return emails and phone calls at all. I must have called and emailed a dozen times but still no response. As I said, it doesn't make any sense because she comes off as a dependable and helpful person. I even called the branch and complained. I am going with another banker after I emailed her and told her not to bother to contact me at all, as I was going to find another person to deal with. Of course, I never even got a reply. I have done nothing to deserve this lack of service and was very taken aback by it I just wanted to warn others about Patty. Very unprofessional to say the least.

The bank manager is absolutely the rudest most condescending person I’ve ever been.I would definitely consider going to another brand.

Vincent has helped my family with our accounts twice, and he gets to know my teenage sons and educates them on money, investing, credit and more! Both my sons love him! He's been a huge help to us and is so good at what he does. Huge fan of Chase Bank because of him!

Well what do you know I'm leaving out of Sees Candy after shopping and waiting in line. The time is now 1709. Walk into Chase bank about 10 til 5 to be added to my husbands account. The account was already set up all I had to do was sign. I already have an account with chase. I asked one of the bankers if I should wait in the teller line or see him? He asked me if I wanted to make an appointment.... Huh? When I walked in there were three tellers just sitting and chopping it up. He goes "it takes a long time to create a profile and set up the account it's not just signing". I asked "how long does it take" he said about 20 minutes.... Hmmmm. I will be going to the bank tomorrow and timing the process but I already know what piss poor customer service is and this banker gave just that. He didn't even offer to look at my account. So if we were in the middle of the process I guess he would have just kicked me out huh????? I've worked in Customer Service for over 20 years and this banker at the Temecula Chase put a bad taste in my mouth I know pure laziness when I see it. Honestly what do you all think? Did he do his job exceptionally today?

The worst bank ever. Mid sentience while asking, where are your atms? the employee closed and locked the door... and then just stood there... bank elsewhere... this bank is awful... headed to Cali coastal. They're offering deals to clients fleeing chase.

Probably discriminatory. Walked in with intention of applying for a credit card. Three people sitting the cubicles next to the door, no greeting. So we got into the teller line. As we are waiting, a Caucasian gentleman enters after us, is immediately greeted and helped. The teller says she will put us in a queue and that they'll be helping the guy who just walked in first. I asked why? We were here first, why did this other guy get a greeting and to cut the line? All she could say was she was sorry and they probably didn't see us. In the waiting area, another customer, a black guy, was kept waiting and forgotten about until he spoke up. In summation, if you are white, you'll probably get good service here. If you are not white, prepare to be treated secondary.

There isn’t much personality in this place. The tellers are robotic when they made my cashiers check and I had to wait to go into the lock box. Bring back LINDA. She’s efficient. She smiled and made this place more lively.

The most HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY OF BANKS! you have to give up all your data, email, phone number, address and everything just so they will look at the stupid computer to tell you that the closest appointment to open an account is in 2 weeks. Waist of their employee time and waist of my time. NEVER AGAIN!

While the receptionists were friendly, I had asked a banker for help and her appointment had canceled so she was free to help me but instead, sent me back to the receptionist (that did not greet me when I walked in so I didn't know who to speak with first). Then I was told I had to wait till she came back from lunch so instead helping her customer, which she was supposed to be doing anyhow, she took off to lunch and left me sitting had to wait until she got back to help me. Thanks for customer service.

I'm currently sitting in the drive through at the Ynez office. 4 cars with me and the line has not moved for over 30 minutes. I tried calling inside and it went to their voice automated system. Not sure what is happening at this branch, this is the worst service I have ever received. So frustrating.

I went through the drive through today to deposit two check. I waited for ten minutes, no exaggeration. Unfortunately I was having an issue with my car or I would have parked and walked in but they also had my checks in the tube. No one answered the call button or the phone when I tried calling. When the teller finally came to the window she said sorry I was just finishing lunch. Really! That's Customer Service? Seriously considering closing my account.

The ATM made me answer marketing questions before dispensing my cash. Reprehensible, Chase Bank.
