I love this Chico's store and frequent it often! They have a large selection of fun clothing and unique jewelry/accessories. The staff are all outstanding - super friendly and helpful without being pushy. They're happy to check sizes in the back or at other stores to be shipped directly to me. In addition, there are always sales and/or racks of discounted items. I've also received excellent customer service when calling about online orders.This Chico's is conveniently located in the Promenade Temecula shopping area, with plenty of parking in two garages making it easy to access to all the shopping and dining. Chico's sister stores, White House Black Market and SOMA, are also located right there on the same street.

Purchased a gift card online from their web site for a present for my mother. What a disaster. They sent a COVID mask without the gift card. They said the gift card was on backorder. It's now 2 1/2 weeks and i'm stuck on the customer service line for an hour and they're working on it. I paid expedited shipping. Their corporate office is such a mess. My sister said last year they sent a gift card with no credit on it. Chico's, get your act together or do us a favor and go out of business.

Chico's is my favorite clothing store. Many reasons! First they have such adorable clothing, and many styles. The best part is their sizing. I wear a O, so in my head I am tiny. I always leave Chico's a happy girl.

I've been shopping this store since it opened and have to say it's a reliable favorite. While I don't care for every style they have, I always find something that fits and looks fabulous! A few of the sales staff even greet me by name and I've found all of them to be helpful and respectful- so I don't understand the previous comments at all. It's rare to have ANY customer service anymore, and Chico's is by far and above Macy's or other big dept stores where you can't get ANY help at all. I especially like the fact they can order things when out of my size (the most popular one). As a Passport member I even get an additional 5% off their incredible sales prices. I'll be back
