Planning a wedding in Temecula, California all the way from Australia sounded like a logistical nightmare—until we found Cassandra. We booked her partial planning service and honestly, from the very first call, we knew she was the one. She’s super friendly, incredibly organized, and always prompt with communication. Honestly, the sweetest person!
On the day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly. It all felt completely seamless because Cassandra had everything under control—we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We’re so grateful for her support and would 100% recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in the area.

Cassie was the best wedding planner. For every question I had, every uncertainty I had, she had a response. Whatever it is we wanted for the wedding she was able to make it happen. One of the most stressful parts of planning a wedding is the little details and she was even able to help with a lot of that which was a big load off my mind. A special call out to her ability to get heater rentals for our outdoor wedding the night before the wedding when we realized people would be cold during dinner. On the day of she was always steps ahead of us, making sure the day was running smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing. You will not regret booking Cassie!

What to say about Cassie.... well, she is for sure the best! She is so sweet, she gets it done, she gets along with everyone, she is just the perfect person you need for your event!
Being in the wedding industry and working with Cassie many times on different events watching her work and interact with people, vendors, watching her put everything together.... I knew that I needed her when I started planning our wedding!

Is there something that Cassie can’t do?! She literally is the BEST! I had the honor of having her for coordination for my wedding and everything went SO SMOOTH! Me or my husband didn’t have to worry about a thing! Literally communication was on point from the day we signed on to the wedding day! She had everything decorated so flawless and such speedy cleanup! If you want to enjoy your wedding and not have to worry about a thing, Cassie is your gal! I’m so thankful for her!!!

HIGHLY recommend Cassy for your event needs. She exceeded my expectations on what it takes to be a wedding coordinator. She went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable, happy, and had everything in order for my big day. She also brought in Hannah who was so helpful as well. From start to finish for my wedding day they nailed what a good flowing Wedding should look like. I'd like to say that I am a pretty picky, organized person and was nervous that I would not get what I want, and that was absolutely not the case. She was so confident and comfortable that I never had a doubt in my mind! She knew everyone's names, who was who and I couldn't thank them enough for making my day so smooth. Thank you again!

Cassie was our planner for our wedding last weekend and she did the most amazing job!!! She was extremely attentive and responsive during the planning phase - she was always available to answer any questions we had, or to reach out to our vendors for clarification or last minute changes. She made our ceremony rehearsal go very smoothly, and everyone knew exactly what they needed to do. On the day of the event, she showed up early to make sure all of our decorations were set up exactly how we wanted, and made sure all the vendors were on the same page. As the event got started, she made sure everything went off exactly as planned, and we had almost no stress about timelines or order of events, it was fantastic. I would highly recommend Classy Kay for any of your events!!

Cassandra and her team were invaluable to planning and executing my wedding! I had many unforeseen circumstances that required us to reschedule or relocate our venue, and each time I was met with an incredible amount of grace and excellent communication. Cassandra and her team were with me from start to finish and made sure that my day went without a hitch, on top of that, they thought of every single detail that inevitably brides may not remember because we are juggling 1 million different things. Not only were they so organized, but they also were there on the day of executing, every detail and, honestly, I feel like I had to do nothing which is such a relief. I have nothing but great things to say about Cassie! I was a covid bride and sadly had to postpone and she was with us every step of the way and helped us seamlessly transition our wedding to the following year. I had the full service package with Cassie and loved it!- would highly recommend this package for all your planning needs. Cassie was so graceful about allowing me to text her when I had spur of the moment thoughts and despite not expecting her to text me back after hours she always did. She was so kind and is very budget mindful which was helpful for us. She is super organized and has an amazing spreadsheet for your wedding details which gave me great peace of mind :) She made amazing recommendations for vendors too! It was nice that she had worked with the venue and some of the vendors a bunch. Her husband helped us out short notice for something throughout our wedding and he was such an amazing help! They are such a great team and truly I am very lucky I got her to help me for my wedding day! 10/10 would choose cassie as your wedding planner any day :)
