I have had my Bernedoodle trimmed twice here and loved it. He was able to join in daycare once he was done and he had a great time!! Photos were sent! Love this place

Very impressed with Denise and her staff! We toured the property prior to our pups stay and was blown away by the care and attention they give to each dog. Receiving updates/photos and videos during our pups stay was also so comforting. Honestly it’s a doggie paradise and your pup will be so happy here!! Just look at our happy pupper ☺️

Triple A grade experience not only for myself but for my pup as well. If you've taken time to check out the reviews of this place...let this review sink in. There is nothing more I could ask for during my pets stay. Not to mention being able to recieve photo updates during my pups stay adds even more assurance to my peace of mind. I will definitely keep coming back. I know my pup enjoyed it.

We learned about Cool Dog Ranch from my husbands co worker. We had a planned vacation coming up and were kind of scared to bring our puppy to a boarding place for a few days since we have never done that before with our past fur babies. Denise welcomed us as soon as I pulled up to park. I left my puppy for a few hours to play so she can evaluate his temperament with other dogs. Once I came back to pick him up, he looked so happy as if he didn't want to leave! We've taken him there twice now for boarding and I can honestly say that I feel very comfortable leaving our pup there! Denise updated daily on how our pup was doing and sent us some awesome photos and videos of him with his new friends! I highly recommend Cool Dog Ranch if you ever need a safe, fun and clean place for your pup to stay.

They really care for the animals, and staff is great. They worked with our Dallas to become more social while he was there. Lots of other animals there.

We had to attend an out of town funeral and had to board our 5 month old Dexter. I will admit, I was a nervous wreck leaving my "baby" for the first time. We felt very comfortable with Denise and her staff, but we weren't sure how Dexter would do with so many other dogs all at once. The first night was rough (for me) but the next day when I received the photos of Dex having a ball with the other dogs, I knew everything was going to be just fine! He was there for 3 days and we received pics and videos everyday, sometimes two times a day. When we picked him up he was happy and healthy and had a great report from Denise. Denise and her staff are fantastic and her facilities are beautiful and immaculate. We will definitely take him there again! Thank you Denise and your staff for taking great care of Dexter!

Took our Min Pin there for required meet & greet. What a great facility, the owner is awesome. We will have Prince staying at Cool Dog Ranch. Top notch facility with great indoor outdoor facility.

We took our pups here for snake aversion training. They walked our dogs individually through a 10-minute training course.One of our pups did ok and the other was stubborn. Instead of repeating the course another time or two to ensure they had appropriate training, they sent us on our way. They should repeat the course 2-3 times to help reinforce the training.I emailed my concerns over a week ago and no one responded. So, I'm writing public reviews commensurate to the training. I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the training that has a hefty price tag. I don't feel our pups are equipped to deal with snake encounters. Sadly, this experience has soured us to using them for boarding when we travel.

Really happy that we found Cool Dog Ranch!Our previous boarding facility in Escondido, which unfortunately closed down in 2020, had kind of spoiled my husband and I (and our dog!) regarding what to expect out of a boarding/day care facility. We basically had some biiiig shoes to fill, and searched for a long time to try to find a boarding facility that was high quality in terms of safety, responsiveness, cleanliness, and ensuring small playgroups. Had no luck for a long time - it's actually crazy how many other daycare/boarding places are either unresponsive to new clients, or just consist of big yard with 100 dogs running around (might work for some dogs but it definitely doesn't work for my stress-ball of a dog).When we finally found Cool Dog Ranch, it was such a relief. Denise was very responsive and pleasant, and we were able to get both our dogs in for daycare to give it a test run to see how they'd do. Our older dog is very socially selective and our younger puppy had never been to daycare before, so we were a little worried about their first time. Denise sent updates and photos/videos throughout the day and both dogs looked totally stress free and seemed to settle in nicely with their small & well behaved playgroup. We did our first overnight recently, and that went smoothly as well. We requested to see where the dogs would be sleeping and while we weren't able to go inside where the beds would be set up, we did get photos of the area as well as our dogs in their kennels.Thanks, Denise and team!

Denise operates a 5 star Ranch for all your pup's needs! Always a pleasure to work with her and you have a great feeling that your fur baby is in safe hands staying there. My little girl was always excited to be going there whenever we needed to give her a little vacation herself! A great place hidden in the heart of wine country in Temecula! Wish they had a similar location here in Nevada!

I wished I was closer to use this business. My dogs were so happy coming to play on little dog days!! They were always ready for a nap when I picked them up!!!

Love this place! We always feel comfortable leaving our dog with Denise and the folks of Cool Dog Ranch. We love getting pictures of our boy playing with the other pups and knowing he’s being taken care of.

My pup stayed 3 nights and 2 days. He received great care and seemed happy when I picked him up. He was clean and not chewed on. Lots of room for the dogs to just hang out. They don't have cameras, but the staff sends photos and gives updates.

I only visited their web site. We travel to Italy a lot before covid and now that it seems to be a bit better, we plan on heading there again. Cool Dog is one of the places we are considering.
