Very efficient. Great customer service.I ordered tires online. Tires arrived in three days. I was able to set up an appointment right away.I arrived for my 3pm appointment. By 3:46 pm I got a text(while I was shopping at the warehouse) informing me all four tires were installed and ready for pick up. ?Great job you guys! Thank you for saving me time and money. ?

Costco just recently handed over their photography business to Shutterfly. This business sucks! It is the worst vendor for photos, Costco you made a poor decision of using Shutterfly! I hope your corporate office reads this! !

Anyone that has visited Costco knows it is hard to get out of the store without spending $250.00+. This trip cost me $340.00 and I still have to shop at Trader Joe's and Stater Brother's to complete my list. Over the years we have found specific items we must get at Costco. These include paper products, some meat (I will come back to this), water and flavored water drinks, canned tuna and canned chicken and my wife's lotion. We like meat from Stater Brother's better and produce from Trader Joe's better. With other options we limit our visits to Costco to just once a month. I ask myself, why does each visit cost me over $250? It is the s*** I don't need that somehow ends up in my cart that brings the total higher. This is where Costco gets you. Enter the store and it is like a man cave. Yes, they put the big a** TV's at the entrance, along with other s*** against the wall that gets my attention that I don't need. Damn you Costco! If I can only exercise discipline I could get out of the store with less than $125 in my cart. The problem is that would take most of the fun out of visiting this over sized playhouse. Also, walking each aisle is good exercise. So, Costco is good for your health. The Temecula Costco earns 4 stars. If they stop tempting me I would award 5 stars, but as it is, they only get 4 stars.

In general, I love Costco...but this location is a nightmare for two reasons: finding a parking space to get in the door and a perpetual LONG line at the gas station. I have tried all different days/times and it doesn't matter when you go - it's always difficult. I've actually driven around for 15+ minutes in the parking lot, circling the entire building, and have finally given up - it's that hard to park here! And the gas line (although granted it does move along) always winds around and around. We kept hearing that once the Murrieta store was open, these issues would be alleviated, but I haven't found it to be the case. Of course, it follows that the store itself is also always packed. But there's a reason for that - they do have great merchandise and pricing. Like most, I end up spending and getting way more than I ever come in for! I usually use the self-checkout which I always prefer to do. There's an employee there to help out if needed and I find it goes much faster than waiting in the other crazy lines! I also love ordering online and bypassing the agony of having to actually go to the store. I keep debating giving up my Costco membership and going with Sam's Club, which I've heard is much better in terms of parking and crowds. But for now, I keep hoping half the people coming to the Temecula store will decide to go to the Murrieta location...

We've been coming here for many years and you really do need to time it right, or it's a zoo in both the parking lot and warehouse. So we try to go at the "better" times, which I am not about to reveal here for obvious reasons hahaha. It has been a little better since they opened the new Costco in Murrieta, relieving some of the pressure from that neck of the asphalt jungle (Murrieta to Menifee). Yes, you always seem to buy more than what you planned to after crossing that threshold. This store is always well stocked and I can't recall ever seeing any items that were on the cusp, let alone after, of expiring. Sometimes they have some really good sales, unloading a certain product, but you would have be coming here almost daily to catch whatever it may be (which ain't happening). I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff and reading about it causes bewilderment. Maybe it's because those complainers are expecting way too much, are bipolar, or looking to make new friends. Sorry, I don't fall into any of those categories, so my experience with staff has been fine.If I have a b**** to pitch it's the lame customers, of which there is always a few of every time we shop here. You know the ones - idiots stopping in the middle of aisles to stare or chat with their long lost aunt/uncle/whoever; or the ones who walk away from their cart that's left idling in the middle of said aisle; or the hordes of "starving" customers hovering over the sample suppliers (again blocking aisles); you get my drift and if a rational person you feel my pain. I know Costco itself has no fault in this, but I like the fact I can vent my annoyance with these people "we live amongst" here on Yelp.Oh, and for those crying about the long wait times at the gas pumps: come at better times (which I am not divulging either), get your gasoline elsewhere and bite the $$ bullet, or just STFU and move along. You chose to move here, along with the other hordes, and spoil it for those that have been here 25+ years. Have a nice day!

This review is specifically for the poor management support this place has for their employees. Today I witnessed a client verbally abusing a costco employee at the door. This client not only was rude condescending and demeaning, but was also cussing the employee out and demanding for some guy Steve to come and save her.The young lady held her composure and stepped away to help other customers, including me which I have to applaud, as I was close to intervening and stop this lady's nonsense.Meanwhile, the line is growing and this lady still arguing and arguing, it was quite embarrassing and I dont even know her. This should not be tolerated.

I normally don't return too many things but Costco is crazy good. I was that guy today and returned a pressure washer that was about 3 years old. The issue is that I only used it about 30 times since I am lazy when it comes to washing my car! Today I was helped by Wayne who assisted me and he was trying his best to look for my receipt and went beyond to find the power washer that was online and Costco used to sell. He then spoke with Allan, the Supervisor, who approved for the exception since my receipt was not in the system.Wayne & Allan are the reasons why we shop at Costco! Hopefully they were able to see that I did not abuse the return policy during my over 25 years as a member. Thanks to these guys we will be happy to buy more than what we came in for!!

We brought in our car for a flat tire repair after getting our back tire punctured by a screw. It was just before closing but they still took care of the repair and were very kind and professional. Really made what could have been a stressful situation so quick and easy! Thank you!

i'm convinced that Costco is unconcerned with the quality of service at the tire center. i had the misfortune of dealing with one annoyingly rude individual named Rick.

This was the only location that had the tire I needed replaced. I drove 1.5 hours from SD to their location. I showed up at 5pm and they assured they would take care of my car. I was out of there by 6:30. I was exceptionally happy that they were able to get my tire replaced and in a timely manner. The staff was so friendly and I am glad I ended up there!

9-23-22Granted older Costco, Not the same since Randy and a few others have left.True Front-end Mgrs. have an attitude about themselves.Cashiers and helpers may let you join in on their 2-way conversation.I usually apologize for being there as to interrupt their chat time....Today, The helper on the South end check stands, "CHERYL"was tossing the customer's ahead of us, her groceries around like ithey were bowling balls. Apples, eggs, cookies, chips, all being roughly tossed into the receiving basket. We asked her when it was our turn to check out to, slow down and be gentle about placing our perishable items in to the basket. The cashier, Andre, told her "don't worry about it!! Two of a kind.....We informed the door checkers, who check your receipts for cashiers mistakes, about the incident. Too FUNNY, they replied,"OH YEA, THAT'S CHERYL AND SHE IS LIKE THAT"Maybe Cheryl needs to go on night crew and stock the can isles. BUT COSTCO DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OR WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY.......REMEMBER YOU PAY TO SHOP THERE.....

They don't follow portions on the food court. A chicken bake can be a boat one day and a hot dog the next.
