Trash place with a lot of rats . Went to my cube and a rat was walking down hallway . Seems like the on site manager wants to sit around all day and not clean . This place is horrible . Worst place ever curly hair dude needs to go he yelled at me one day for having my cube door down and I didn’t appreciate that .

Kasandra met me at the door and was amazing! Took me to a unit to see if it was the right fit and was spot on! Super helpful with getting me in the system and setting up my CubeSmart account! She was awesome!

Very NOSY. Bought this storage for a month while switching duty stations and I have all of my clothes inside the storage and one day after work, I stopped by to change my shirt inside the storage. I shut the storage door roughly 75% and proceeded to change my shirt then all of a sudden some lady walks by that works there (I believe she’s Hispanic) and she slides my storage door completely open and says “you need to put a shirt on, and the storage door can’t be shut.” Keep in mind my storage was never fully shut to begin with. On top of that, the restrooms are locked 24/7, can’t even go use them without asking for permission. No trashcans inside at all. Just a really low quality experience for me and my needs so far. They do have a really great older gentlemen who works there. Don’t know his name but he’s the only reason I haven’t canceled my unit so far. Great customer service from him.

It was a very seamless process. I did everything on-line. They called me and wanted to check in with me. I came in and Kasandra took me to see the unit. She was so friendly and they gave me a lock for my unit! Definitely recommend!!!

Went there to unload and there were zero moving carts in the whole building. Nobody was there using them either.
